I'm weighing it 254 today yea yea yea!! My goal again is to lose 8 pounds and I will do it this week! I will be very busy getting a house in condition to move into. it's a beautiful 5 bedroom about 3000 square ft. home. we took possession of it today but the people that moved out left it trashed. I've spent 3 hours already clearing floors and throwing trash away, and washing beautiful cherry wood floors (I think cherry). so my mind is totally of food, that I brought my bag of chicken just in case

I didn't eat the cake last night! That was making me nervous all week. I didn't even lick my fingers, because that can set me off. And I sent the leftovers home with someone else. Happy about that!

Got TOM and overate some yesterday. Totally expected a gain. Hopefully I can keep it from going higher.
