Weight Loss Goal For August 18-25
 
I would like to get into the 220s please. Not going to stress about it though. Starting at 232.4.

Hi everyone. I hope you don't mind me joining you. I'm on day 5 of Still's. This my first time ever low carbing. Truth be told i kinda like it! I started at 273 and already today I weighted in at 261 I'm aiming to lose 8 lbs.

Start 263
Goal 255!!
None scale victory: work out 60 mins each day ..be it weights,bike,elliptical,sports with kids, or my Street-strider.

Sticking to low-carb, but scale is going the wrong direction. Back to counting calories.

I'll weigh in tomorrow morning. I have had a couple bad days with tummy soreness. Its been kinda bad. I don't think anything is wrong, just maybe trying to do more than I should.

I must be stalled because my body does not want to get off 232-233. I've been here all month. And now TOM is due again next week. So yeah. But I got into my 18's this month, so I'm happy about that.

I'm down 16.5 lbs since June! I'm losing at a steady pace and very happy about it. :D
I have a long way to go to fit into my jeans, but cold weather isn't here, YET.

Oh I love it but they do make it look so easy! It's easy to keep on it once you can balance with your whole core, if you have rode a skateboard befor that's how it steers. I put a 125lb friend on it and she didn't even make it around one block, it does work you. I can only do about 15 mins on it now and I'm out of breath. Even one block makes you feel you have ran it not rode a machine around it. Alot harder then gym elliptical s.i do love it tho! It's so fun. I don't think it's worth that amount of money tho! 2k for a bike?! Lol I'm crazy and was desperate!:p

Today, 230.0. I tried to get the scale to go to 229.9 but it just wouldn't do it :laugh:

16 lbs in a week!!!!! Had to share, this is really working,I can't believe it! I have PCOS and endo and have to fight to lose weight, insulin resistance because of it. And normally I have to fight to lose weight! Only 2 lbs left this weeks goal!

Glad to see today's number! I had climbed up and up the last few days. Limited my protein yesterday. It's annoying, but it does seem to work for me.

Trisha, thanks for the info on the street strider. I'd never known anyone who had one and couldn't help but be curious. I had no idea it was that intense of a workout! And congrats on the weight-loss success.

Thank you! :hiya: I'm still shocked. Yes the strider can burn up to 1000 calories a hour. I did complain ..kinda on their fb and they said as my body adapts I will get the distance. I guess it's not unusual for even fit people to have a hard time on it, I'm going to get my trainer in it one day! And LAUGH as a muscle bound man pants in exhaustion! Talk about trading spots :hyst:

Well I'm 255.2 I can't complain tho, only .2 over goal, and seeing I haven't pooped in a week...(TMI sorry) I'm rather excited to lose 7.8 in a week! Great job everyone else too!
