Weight loss goal for August 4-11.
 
237.9 I'm holding on to a lot of water.

Goals: Get as much water off as I can.
Try to get in the 220s
No food after 8pm

Was down a little this morning, but not feeling so great. The last couple of nights I haven't been sleeping well, and I NEED my sleep lol. Hoping to be able to sleep well tonight :)

On my way down. Got my workout in yesterday and this morning. In my head I wanted to get 3 body combat classes done this week and 2 are down, so it's a good start.

As much as I resisted it, counting calories in combo with low-carb is making all the difference.

Up a bit this morning. I haven't "went" in a couple days so I'ma figure that's why. Last night I could tell I was holding on to a bit of water so I knew I would be up. Onward and downard lol.

Up again this morning. Guess last week was my week to lose and this week is my week to gain it all back :dunno: . O well, just gonna keep on going and hope it gets better. I kinda suspected I would be up more today, I was out in the heat all day yesterday and didn't drink enough water, and didn't hardly eat anything yesterday. Hope you all have a fabulous day!

Sorry guys I've been so busy with work. Did not meet my goal. I've hardly got to drink any water and I know that's a huge thing. Ended the week at 232.9 so it's less than I started at least.
