Hi Allies. This used to be a monthly thread but we are a smaller group than we were and the old threads get closed immediately now so I thought a new title might be appropriate.
We started in New York heading west and we've made it all the way around the world! But we don't want to stop, hence ... Beyond.
Here's how we do it:
We are committed to following our eating plans and exercising. To get from one location to another, we're logging our exercise miles like this:
Whether you go to the gym, take exercise classes, work out at home, walk vigorously or bike ride outside, or do whatever gets you moving -- 10 minutes = 1 mile. Or you can post your actual mileage per the treadmill, bike, elliptical, etc.
For example, if I take a 60 minute class, that equals 6 miles. If I also do the elliptical and the control panel shows 2 miles, I've done a total workout of 8 miles. We just add our miles to the last person's by copying and pasting.

London to Ponta Delgada, Azores - 1565 mile - We made it 06/22/2012!!!
Ponta Delgada to St. Johns - 1525 miles- We made it 01/06/2013!!!!!!
St. Johns, Newfoundland to New York - 1050 miles
First Stop - 210 miles - We made it 03/10/2013!!!!!!
Second Stop -210 miles - We made it 23/04/2013!!!!
Third Stop - 210 miles - We made it 01/07/2013!!!!!
Fourth Stop - 210 miles - We made it 24/07/2013!!!!!!
FIFTH AND FINAL STOP - 210 miles -
44 + 6 = 50 (150 to go)
1 hour deadlifts in the gym
50 + 6 = 56 (144 to go)
