I can't wait! I lost a lot of weight last summer on the 17 Day Diet, but then I went to college and institutional food threw me for a loop. Then I went abroad this summer and gained everything back plus some. I'm hoping that I can get into the 190's before school starts. This time I'm gonna focus on just LC and less on the guidelines of the 17DD because that just isn't feasible when you aren't cooking for yourself.

I haven't heard of that but can appreciate Uni diet playing havoc as I'm heading back at the end of Sept for my 3rd year of a psychology degree.

I'm sure you can do it - and we'll be :jumpjoy: at the end of August and ready for September for sure!

Had a couple of cheats yesterday (small ones) on a day out so was surprised not to see a gain but it might come yet I guess. Done better today though so fingers x'd I can stay on track fully. :)

A November surgery that kept me completely off my foot for 6 weeks and a miserable winter and not weighing daily left me gaining 15 of the 60 I had lost. SOOOO glad to be back on track and back with you guys!!! Seems without seeing that scale everyday I run amok!! :)
