13 Week Weekend Buster Challenge

So from the beginning of this year,I have been sabotaging myself on weekends.I am pretty sick of it and seriously need some support.If I hadn't binged ,I would have been at goal weight by now

So this week onwards until Oct 26 makes 13 weeks or 91 days.
I want to be binge-free and stay on plan the entire time.

And I need lots and lots of strategies.

here are a few problems I face:
1.Once I hit onederland,the initial motivation is gone.I can fit into some of my older clothes,so I am not really as much bothered as before.I still have 40 pounds to lose.
2.Its party time for family on weekends.Hubby gets his drinks and goodies,and we have had several confrontations about this.It is sure he won't change or budge.I will be the one to make myself change and I need truckloads of willpower for this.
3.I have to low carb and portion control to lose any weight.This wants me to overeat a little bit on weekends.but one bite of this and that simply leads to full blown carb binges.
4.Weekends are pretty busy with lots of unplanned routines which catches me off-guard.

So I have some strategies in mind for them,first allowing myself one LCHF meal on weekend with a larger portion than I regularly eat.Stick with plan rest of the time.
