Michelle-size 14 jeans are great-congrats!! and you will do great with the fosters--I would want to keep them all--I couldn't trust myself-I feel in love with "old dog" when we found him-I think old dogs are so loving! your DH will fall in love with them too!

here is the pic I am thinking about doing on canvas-CVS has a deal going right now for a 24x36 for 80 dollars-that isn't bad-just not able to get the pic there -the son is working overtime so he isn't able to help me get it on a flash drive-I am sure there will be other sales-and I am still not sure it is the picture I want for our living room?

Michelle--You are so right about food ruts! It's especially bad for me because once I've figured out what everyone else in the family is going to eat I don't have the energy to prepare something exciting for myself. Keep the ideas coming people!

My weight loss has stopped but that's usually the case post-induction. Patience is needed. I'm going to keep on going regardless becuse I feel great. No carbs and alcohol= clear head.

I unfortunately weighed yesterday. TOM has delivered 3 lbs this month. I was so close to goal for this challenge now I'm 6 lbs away again. One step(lb)forward 3 steps(lbs) back. AHHHH. But at least I didn't binge this time after seeing the scale. I'll just try and ride this out. Have a great Sunday everyone.

This sounds awesome! Can't wait to try it!!

Up and down week...

Today 225.6. 20 lbs lost!!

I have been hitting the pavement and trying to walk everyday. I am not seeing results yet..but i'm hoping I will soon.

I have 15.6 lbs to go. I really need to keep on pace. I hope I can get as close to that goal as I can. I have a size 12 dress I need to slip on in December!!

Have a good weekend!

Today is 30 days since I've started and I've lost 11 lbs but been stuck here for about a week. I'm ready to get to 209 THIS WEEK! I did some low-carb drinking over the weekend (tsk, tsk) so I'm cleaning up my act during the week to start the loss going again. Step class today and strict <20 g carbs per day every day this week! I'm ready to see some loss again!

Chig - you will be in that dress my Christmas, I just know it.

Jeanne - is the CVS sale still going? You don't need it on a flashdrive, you can upload the picture yourself.

Hello friends-not a weigh in day today-the hubs and I went to Evansville yesterday and I blew it-at the Chinese buffet-I just couldn't say no-grrr-so I will be back on plan today-I have been so good for a month and then I blow the whole month in one day-not sure why I do that but I do! it frustrates me with myself so much!

I hope to get in some water and some exercise this week to see if I can bring down the damage--glad to see you other guys doing so great! keep those losses going--you inspire me to do better!

My weekend was good. Nice and relaxing. I had a business meeting late Friday with my boss and an affiliated company. It went really well. We were both pleased.

My food wasn't the best, I won't bore anyone with the details. I am a broken record AND I know it!

Nope- the CVS sale is over--I decided against the pic anyway-not sure I wanted to spend that much on just a fall pic--I am looking for something more general over the loveseat. Thanks for the info tho--how was your weekend?

So how is everyone doing on this fine evening? I am doing okay despite the fact I had to go and buy new size 16 jeans as with the weight I am putting on right now, I could not fit those 14 at all anymore. I don't get it. I am sticking on plan but TOM is just packing on the weight. In the past it has only stalled me or added 1-2 lbs. But this is unbelievable. Even my bra isn't fitting. I hope it all goes away as quickly as it came.

I haven't heard anything about being a foster doggy mom. I know they have called my references and my vet, but still no word. I am very anxious now. Well I guess my life is just a waiting game right now for everything.

Where is everyone????

Good morning-it does seem lonely in here again-Trolly was here yesterday-but that was it I believe? hmmm-it was going so good with everyone checking in too--

Michelle-you are doing well-don't worry about the buying the jeans-you need to be comfortable-nothing worse than being miserable in your jeans! so don't worry about it--you are on plan! stay positive about the foster--you will be great!

I am back on plan but it blew a month of being good-one day of stupid can blow a whole month of good! grrr-

Tonite I go watch Cassidy run at cross country-a local run finally-hope she does well-her run last weekend wasn't that great-but the one before was her very best ever.. I am hoping they figure out how to really help her during therapy--she goes back Thursday.

It is gorgeous weather here-no rain but beautiful weather-gotta love it--I wish this weather would stay forever-at least a few months--I would get so much accomplished I think-makes for good working weather.

later

Wow Michelle--You should set a new mini-goal now that you're so ahead of the game!

After being totally stuck (ramp up to TOM) I broke through a decade and I'm at 208.8! Onederland and my Halloween goal are seeming totally reachable!

I made my family a huge pan of lasagne last night and ate a chicken breast. It didn't bother me (too much). My DS7 HATES onions but I thought if I chopped them up finely enough he wouldn't notice. WRONG! He ended up having a PB&J for dinner--poor kid is a super-taster.

Have a great day people.

Happy Hump day!!

I jumped on the scale this morning at 223.5!! I am at 22 lbs lost!

Can't believe it!! I have been sticking to the LC way and stepping up on my walking. I did 4.10 miles yesterday. I feel great.

13.5 miles to go by Halloween. It will be great if I can make it.

Hope everyone has a great day.

WTG Chigirl and Trolly. You are both doing so well. Besides the weight loss, isn't it so great to feel good for a change ?

We went out for dinner last night to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. It is our dating anniversary. We went to our favorite medium price range restaurant and I had the "filler filled" hamburger. It is by far my favorite hamburger and I felt like splurging a little. I didn't have the bun though. So my carbs hit 30g because of it. I have now cemented those 3 TOM lbs on for sure. Back to the drawing board.

Happy DATING anniversary Michelle!

Chig - way to go ! You are doing great.

I am plugging along. Life has me overwelmed right now. nothing bad, just volunteered for this and that ...work is CRAZY busy and such. It's my own fault.

Still doing rotations and keeping my DD's in check. Weight is at 173. Not sure why it isn't heading down. SUCH IS!

Hey guys--you are doing well-I am trying to get back on plan--yikes-hard to do-went to Cassidys 5K last evening-of course we stopped at the amish buffet ! I had I know too many carbs in the fish breading and the BBQ but it was about all they had to eat-didn't eat any sweets are much of anything else- but it is what it is-I will just continue on-I have been really trying to stay far away from there-tonite will be leftover nite-I raided the freezer of all the containers so we may even have leftover nite for two nites--love that-time to clean out our freezer--I ordered chicken from Zaycon for the first time to be picked up next week-I hope it turns out OK --it will be nice having chicken all the time in the freezer.

Congrats to MichelleHu and Chigirl-WTG on your weight losses

Michelle-congrats on your anniversary--you did great on your choice at dinner-enjoy the special times girl-they only come once!

Monica--your life is always hectic--I couldn't do your life-I hope you have some down time soon! hang in there

Still missing people here-calling all scaries!

Good morning peeps! I am headed out to mow-was up early to take the grand to school-Cassidy had another appt at the physical therapy in Bloomington-so Chris had to take off work to take her-she didn't do too well the other nite a cross country-altho I thought she did ---doesn't take much to impress me! I think it's fab what she does!

OK--where is KIM? Anna, Gregg? who is else is missing? check in people--we worry you know!

Monica--how is the stress level today? Better I hope? I used to mow for stress--now it causes stress--I am beginning to really hate it--wish early frost would come and make it stop!! I can't wait for Bill to retire and take over this job--didn't think that would happen--maybe it's just this year?

Michelle--are you hanging in there--don't get discouraged--you are doing great--any word on the fostering?

Jeanne keep positive thoughts about the mowing. It will be over soon enough and then yucky winter. Well at least I think winter is yucky. I'll send you my positive mowing energy.
Go Jeanne Go!

Haven't heard squat about the fostering! I'm not happy about that. They say they need all this help and here I am offering it and no one wants my help. I haven't given up yet, but I'm also not going to beg them.

Dentist for me tomorrow. I've been having trouble with all my upper teeth moving and shifting. Now I have trouble chewing.Nothing lines up anymore. I don't know what he can do about that but I have to see or I'll be on a liquid diet soon.

Anyone else a Big Bang Theory watcher? Season premier tonight. I can't wait!
