2nd post and ongoing- On a daily basis, record your losses, what you ate or are planning on eating and how you are feeling... of course this is only if you want to. We can do this!!!
Weighed in at 164.8 on 7/21 and 162.6 today. Would love to get back down to 143ish. So lets just call it 20 lbs. Sadly I have gained this 20lbs only since February.(after struggling to get it off for a year) I got a full time job where I sit all day and they supply snacks for free. I have decided that I need to take my body back. I feel gross.
My goal to have the 20 lbs off is Halloween or sooner.
I started low carb on Monday so I hope this is the start to something great.
Also started Couch to 5k on Monday.
Meals have consisted of:
egg, cream cheese, vanilla and splenda (I forgot what that is called)
chicken and salad
steak and green beans
Weighed in at 164.2 today.
B: same thing as yesterday
L: cheeseburger, salad
D: steak, cool whip
Took a long walk tonight
