Day 3 blues!!!
On day three of the LCL. Glad to report I am down 8 pounds. I don't care if it's water, I will take it! I work out a lot (6-7 days a week) and Tuesdays are my double days. I do a circuit training class followed by an hour spin class. My butt was DRAGGING this morning! I know that once true ketosis kicks in, I should hopefully have more energy, but in the meantime, does anybody have any suggestions? I am doing more of a lean for life type of plan. I am thinking of adding a little more fat to my dinners so I have more energy in the AM.
