Last week was a bust. I blame the dreamfields pasta I tried to incorporate. Or maybe it was just stress eating. Overate every afternoon and gained 3 lb.

Starting fresh today! I made a rewards chart. I want a new pair of boots this fall, so every day I stay within my calories or close, I earn money for them. I set it up so it wouldn't be all or nothing (I blew it today, might as well eat like crazy and start tomorrow.) If I even stay within 500 calories, I get $1. See, that's incentive to keep tracking and not get too crazy. I'll let you know how it works!

I stayed perfectly in my calories yesterday! I don't get many calories on Sunday because I sit at church and don't move as much. I did get a walk in the morning to bump it up a little. Here's to day 2!

I'm doing great and progressing toward my goal. But after three excellent days, I woke up hungry today. Day 4 tends to be my weakness, so I have to be extra vigilant. I can do this, right?!

4 days of success, and the scale does reflect it. I felt starved all day yesterday. I hope today is easier.

I haven't weighed in a couple days. TOM is right around the corner and I'm just going to take my 230.2 and be very happy with it.
