Hi Jeanie thanks for the setting up this challenge! I did really well years ago on the Low Carb diet and fell off the wagon hard for many years.

I am starting back in today and with you and your friends here!

I will post my weight here each day!

Bourbon and Diet Coke
 
So I love to have a Bourbon and Diet Coke after work each day.

Do you all think thats gonna slow me down a lot?

Not sure about the Bourbon Gregg, I guess it depends on how strict you want to be. Have you lost drinking it in the past, if so I would say drink it if it keeps you on plan without feeling deprived.

I have lost in the past. I used to drink low carb beers but don't drink much beer any longer. Fill me up too much. Plus one of the main reasons I gained all this weight back was I started brewing craft beers which are super high in carbs and calories. I had a dual tap greggerator and everything for years. Love that beer still do but it packs on the fat. I sold the greggerator to a buddy and stopped brewing.
Living in KY I have developed a love for its Bourbons. BTW I just ordered some Guys BBQ Sauce. Its Sugar Free and tastes awesome. Netrition is backordered but Guys sells online. Shipping is a rip off, they should use UPS not FEDX, but it ends up being $7 a bottle if you order 6. Not too bad. I like to smoke ribs and things with it. Try if folks if you haven't its great. I get the original and the spicy....

HB eggs, pickles, cucumber, celery, broth.
I like to eat bigger meals and this keeps from snacking.
