Your so close to your goal Marika! No way I am going to make it to the low 130's, not sure why I am not losing right now. Maybe too much exercise?? TMI still an issue as well, but at least I am not have carb binges!

I think it is normal Jeanie. It will start moving again and you will see new low soon. Just be patient. TMI makes a big difference. You are doing great!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Marika. I am smaller at this weight than I was before at the same weight... so inches over pounds is the better deal for sure.

There is a fridge but we will hardly be there at all. I know I'll do okay, in fact I have even lost weight on vacations in the past, but it always makes me a little edgy.

August 25-140- Geez all I did was eat a little more meat and eggs, that is more like a binge gain. Oh well I know it will be gone in no time. I guess I am getting an idea where my maintenance calories will be as well.
