Thanks! That is 4 pounds in 13 days kinda slow, but I have lost a lot of stomach fat which I am very happy about.

Jeanie, I think it is great, it is 2 lbs a week. Sometimes the scale has to catch up with the loss and the smaller stomach is an indication that good things are happening.

Scale is being stubborn but my clothes are loose and every time I measure my abdominal area I have lost more inches, so I'll take it.
