Weight Loss Goal For June 30-July7
 
TOM is going to come at the end of the week so I would be happy maintaining at 242 or lower since I saw 238 last week.

Non-scale goal: Track everything I eat, good, bad or ugly, for 4 consecutive days. Day 1 - Sunday, done.

I was at 235 yesterday but today I'm up to 235.4. Would like to maintain this week as we are going away for a long weekend and my goal is to eat on plan and not get derailed. Any loss this week would be a huge bonus.

Weigh in this morning: 238.4 lbs. after being off for two weeks.

I thought it was going to almost a lost cause (had gained everything back!) To much of my surprise it was only 2 pounds up from the lowest weigh in from two weeks ago. I am back on track starting today.

Goal for this week to be 235.0 lbs. (I don't expect the major water weight loss because I am only 2 lbs. higher than when I fell off plan.)

Two days of successful tracking so far. And it is paying off. Yesterday I even made myself eat something that would put me over my eating guidelines, just to make myself track it anyway. That's so hard for me! I'm good about tracking when I'm eating perfectly. Then I overeat a little, and don't track it since I know I can't make my goal that day. Problem is, once I decide I'm not tracking the rest of the day, I go into a free for all and binge all afternoon. That has so not been working for me!!!

Here's to two more days!

Good morning! I am still hanging around 159. This week I probably won't have a loss, we're going camping over the 4th, and I plan on having a drink or two, and possibly some treats. Have a great week everyone, see you back here on Monday!

3 days down! And the scale seems to like it! Now to keep it up today, and I'll have accomplished both my goals for the week. Mentally, I've really needed this victory. My weight's been so high since I went camping almost three weeks ago! I was getting nervous that I wouldn't lose any more.

Blah...up to 237 even before my trip! Hopefully it is all premenstrual bloat and/or water retention from starting some light strength training.

I did it! I got my 4 days in! That is a victory.

Weigh - in this morning is 234.8 lbs. New goal for the week will be just to maintain a weight lower than 235.0 lbs.

I had reached both goals, but ate too much on 4th of July and went back up. Also hitting PMS I believe. But I was on plan yesterday. We went to the fair, and I packed all my own food. I've also got a plan for today and as long as I get some grocery shopping done I should be able to stick to it. Just keepin' on!

Congrats on yalls loses. And those that didn't quite meet their goal, keep on going this week.

I'm not weighing. My garage sale is finally over, TOM should be gone soon, and I got my new fridge so I should do much better this week. I will go ahead and start the thread for this week. I know I'll end up weighing but I'll try to wait as long as I can so I can get some water off. I haven't been off plan just not drank enough water and been eating pork rinds and lots of salty caloric foods.

In the end, I'm not at my goal but I tracked everything all but one day this week. I feel so much better when I eat and track and follow a plan. When I don't, I end up overeating and feeling so yucky. A good lesson to remember.

Michelle, sounds smart not to weigh. I'll head over to new thread now.
