Welcome to the July Edition of the Daily Weighers Thread. This is for those of us who weigh daily and hopefully are learning why we have those fluctuations and can look at the whole month as a success as we record our weight every day.

thankyou zogo, for the welcome! its only day 2 so I am feeling good because I lost 2 lbs. and happy that i get to eat and dont have to go hungry to get the weight off. when i was doing low fat the only way weight would come off is if I had hunger pangs all day.
