Morning all,
very late arrival from me, but here I am

Last couple of weeks I've come down 4 lb or so, but after a competition saturday I'm back on track fully and ready to shed some weight. Am a self confessed long term daily weigher and can't not weigh it really is a habit but I'm happy. Only weigh once a day on waking.

28th July - 191 lbs
27th July - 190 lbs


goal is to stay on track and break into the 180's again this month, so about 188lb sounds reasonable I think.

Had a lovely 2lb loss this morning.

28th July - 191 lbs
29th July - 190 lbs
30th July - 190 lbs
31st July 188lbs

so after getting up to the top end of the 190 range in July I'm finishing in the 180's - super happy with that and know I'll break out into the 170's again in August. Will look out for the new thread tomorrow.

well done everyone whether it's smooth downwards or not keeping your eye on your weight and commitment high is the main thing. Well done.
