Hey missmarple, I'm not sure what kind of bread you are talking about. I'm guessing that you should wait until after induction. One thing that helps me is to use Ketostix to make sure I'm in ketosis. Hang in there, you can do this!

thanks zogo, I stopped the bread altogether. am back now to just meat and veggies so the weight should start going down again soon. I wont give up. Its harder now than it was at first, I seem tempted more and more to eat other stuff but I wont do it, I will stick to it. the bread was low carb, less than 7 g per slice, but I guess for now i just cant do it. I am sticking to less than 30 g carb a day.
