this is week 2 of my low carb, first week I lost 7 lbs. now I have only lost 1. could it be because I added lc bread? I have only had 2 slices of it so far, and am still below 30 g a day. but I dont know what is going on.
maybe I should just go back to eating only meat and fish and veggies...oh and I added lc yogurt as well. maybe these additions have stopped my weight loss i dont know.
