Wrap Up 2013 Challenge-Starting 6/24/201312/31/2013
Well we're on the home stretch to 2014. I refuse to start the New Year aiming again toward my goal. I want to reach my goal BEFORE the New Year. Therefore, I'm starting a Wrap Up 2013 challenge. My plan for the next few months is to SERIOUSLY kick it up. I need to lose 20lbs and I shall stay focused on doing so.
The challenge begins tomorrow, 6/24/2013. If anyone would like to join me, feel free to join at anytime.
I plan on posting my daily meals and exercise.
Tomorrow is weigh in and I will also include measurements. I'll post an updated weigh in every Monday.

Yesterday, my first day, I wasn't feeling very well and didn't eat much.
For breakfast I had 4 pieces of bacon and 2 round eggs. Then I had a baked salmon salad with cukes, lettuce, onions, and pepperoncinis. I also ate 2 sweetpotatoes and some popcorn and sugarfree gum.
