Doing well here. 2 days binge free finally. Joined TOPS with my sister last night and plan to follow a lower carb diet but not extremely low.

Flax Muffins:

2 cups milled (ground) flax
1 cup nuts (walnuts) optional
1/2 cup splenda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup davinci syrup ( I like the caramel flavor)
1/3 cup oil ( I use coconut oil melted)
4 eggs

mix all together, bake 350 for 15 minutes
makes 12 muffins.

about 5.5 carbs / 5.5 fiber

try to eat only one per day. Keep in ref. or freeze they mold fast.

Thanks for the recipe. I will probably make it without the sweetener. I will try to eat only 1 per day
