UGGGG! Went totally off plan today. Mexican food did me in ... I know I ate half a bowl of chips and dip, chicken enchiladas, flour tortillas and then since I had already been bad ... 2 little debbie oatmeal cookies! HELP! I know better but I just caved

Hi Lawmom and team of re-starters! Boy I can relate to all of your stories. I too have had success with LC in the past and fell off the wagon. I've struggled mightily over the last few years to get back on and my weight has steadily krept up to about 180.6 today. I'm determined to get the weight back off, and low carb is the only thing that has ever worked for me.

come on ladies - we can do this!!!!!

I've been doing a lot of reading in the NK section and my food the last couple of days has been leaning in that direction. Right now I'm trying to just kill the crave.

Hi and welcome DG! I was doing pretty well the last 10 days and then just totally caved today. My son, who does not eat LC, is working with me this summer and wanted to go to lunch and I was starving... beating myself up isn't helping but I am trying to walk off the calories as much as possible and down water so that I can get back on plan. We are going on vacation on the 23rd and I was really hoping to be past the cravings before that.

@Lawmom, I wonder if we can do something to keep us accountable instead of beating ourselves up over our slips. I know when I am home I don't have problems. My problem is at work. I get so busy that I don't make the time to eat the way I should. As I've stated before when I lost the weight I pre-planned my food for the week. I think for me this is what I need to do. If anyone has any suggestions I am open.

Today I am being proactive. I have made for my lunch, left over roast, cauliflower mash, olives, string cheese and Linda sues MEXICAN SPINACH & HAMBURGER CASSEROLE. I hope this will help me make it through the 12 hour shift without going off plan.
