Weight loss goal for 6/2-6-9.
 
Finally starting to drop some weight here. 243.1 this morning. Would like to see 239.anything.

Hi Michelle!! My goal for this week is to eat no sugar or flour and to lose 4 pounds... This is my day one yet again... Good thing I never truly give up ;). Good luck this week :)

Good luck to you as well Kim! You can do it. I think we've all been "back to day one a few times". I think as long as you keep coming back that's all that matters.

Hiya! I hit my goal last week and then some so I'm hoping for another good week! Last I checked I was down to 154lbs

My new goal for this week is 150lbs! I'd love lower but I'm trying to be realistic! lol *fingers crossed*

Um, guys I'm freaking out! lol Last night I weighed in at the gym and I am 151lbs! So far it seems I'm dropping about 1 to 2lbs everyday to every other day! I am excited, but it's never come off this fast before!

So according to my tracker app, I've lost 12lbs since May 22nd!

6/2 weigh in was 261.6. I'd love to be at 257.6 on 6/9. :) That will be 4 pounds in a week.

I've been at 149.2 for the last few days. I'd be so thrilled if I could get down to 148.4 by next Monday. It's not a whole pound, but I lose sooo slow.

My goal this week is to up my fat intake, stay away from the processed meats, seriously limit the dairy, and get my substantial butt to the gym at least 4 times. If I do all those things, I'm hoping a 2 lb loss isn't unreasonable.

Still looking to drop the last pound standing between me and my final goal.
I recall with great fondness the early days of low carbing when the weight just
rolled off. Of course the challenge back then was to not eat bread, pasta, donuts,
cake, and anything with sugar in it, but I was pretty faithful to staying on plan and
so the pounds flew off.
Can't say the same about these last few pounds, but I'm ok with that.
It keeps me vigilant.

Well, I'm down to 261 which is good! That makes 15 pounds since I started. My goal was to do it yesterday or today, so I made it ;) Yeah!!

Omg!! I made my goal! 148.4 down from 149.2... Almost a pound. Jeesh!! I worked really hard for that! So, Shark Week's going to begin in the next few days, so I'm afraid to set a goal for June 10-16. But I might make a goal anyway, just to challenge myself.
