This was a really depressing venture to look up last year. It shows me that I made no effort during June of last year, and that I haven't really made any progress in the past year!!!!! (Except scale didn't go up)

Goal: To stay on plan and be lower than 240 lbs.

I went off plan last Thursday and still playing the catch up game (was as low as 239.4) I didn't even enjoy the ice cream. I've been eating meat and eggs only to see if I can get into ketosis again.

That baby girl is my granddaughter and the main motivation for staying on plan. She turned one last Thursday which is a wake up call since I wanted to start one year ago and didn't do it. In fact I had gained more over the year. Focused now!!!

:annoyed: its hot, its summer, ton's of outside work to do, & helping DH put up a new building, and I've been drinking ice cold beer with him, and watching the scale go up. Today no beer, and back to the ice water. No problem with eating, its the beer. I'll be off and on the boards. Some days no computer time :mad:
