Huge.....3 rental spaces on the north side, and 5000 square ft on the south side. Lots of space for offices and secretaries.....

DH doesn't like tenants, but right next door to post office. Location, location, locaation

Is this for your tax business? Good luck!

It's still 80 outside. Breezes are gone. Humidity is 86%. Yucky.

It is big enough, we could move all the businesses

Yes...for the tax business. We currently are working with 3 full-time people, 1 32 hrs per week and 2 part-times in 1200 sq foot area. Also at least 30 file cabinets........

This building has 8500 square foot total. Some is on upper level not fit for the public, but could do file cabinets.

5100 square foot of all open area, so I am going to put in desks and dividers and take one tax season to determine how we want things permanently set up. (Got the building bought last night)

Big enough I could move exercise equipment out of our house (since I don't use it) and set up exercise room up there

Thanks. It will be a work in progress for a long time. Not going to do a lot of remodeling until we know how we want it laid out. Dividers, not walls......

No work until Monday going to rain of and on today but the weekend looks hot and sunny. Going to spend time working on my tan, you'd never know I live on the lake. Finally dare to wear my bathing suit. Exercising is paying off.

Karen wtg on buying the new building. Sounds like a great investment.Have you been out riding lately, DH just got a new Harley, not sure if I want to old one or just keep the one I have. I think I like mine better.

Cheryl hot and humid here too, even when it rains. Actually makes it worse. Love the color on your new deck. Ours need to be done too, all the stain has washed away.

Pat for to mention I tried paddle boarding last Sunday. I mentioned it to my friend so we when to another lake that rents all kinds of water things to use there. I can see what good exercise it is my legs were so sore for day. I didn't do to good but it was alot of fun.I think I'd like to get one and learn.

Deb glad you got your hot water back, what you doing this weekend, do have it off.

Bucky I'm glad it Friday too, no work for me today

DH and I took bikes Wednesday night to softball game....about 1 hr both ways. Yesterday, just a couple runs into town.

I understand your decision on the bikes. I still like the little 250 for riding back and forth to the office and grocery store. Only mile into town.
But DH old bike is a 600, and it is much better for going very far. He thinks I would like the new 750, but I like being comfortable with the size and balance, so I have to just ride the bigger one and see if I like it.

DD20 is signed up for class at local college in two weeks. Pass it for motorcycle license and don't have to drive for the licensing people. She is enjoying learning to ride the 250.

Dilly beans:
Dilly beans or pickled green beans, are a means of preserving this summer legume. Often flavored with dill, hence the name, they may also contain garlic, Tabasco sauce, and red pepper.

I journal too...but, not lately. Kind of let it get away from me.
Don't do FB. What kind of Tat R U getting now?

Absolutely. I like the feet on the ground. And I like to be able to pick it up if I tip it over. Haven't done that for years, but I still like that criteria for myself.

Too windy tonight, so may take DD20 to Walmart and Chinese Restaurant.....

MSG and salt on the scale tomorrow

I am in for the July challenge to move more. Let's all stay on the wagon! I am having a great first month on Atkins and just got 3 more books from the library on low-carb lifestyles.

Another goal for July for me is to try a new low carb recipe every week.

Anyone read Dana Carpender's blog or have any of her books?

You guys are brave with the tats. I am afraid of needles and act like a 5 year old when I have to get shot.

I log my food on the Atkins website and also on another tracker. It really makes me see and look what I am eating and helps me not go over my daily totals. Plus you can log your exercise too. Very handy. But I do have a paper journal that I bought but have not used yet.

Hello Saturday!
