Wow, I just looked it up! It looks like a really enjoyable "diet". I might have to try that once I'm done with my next hcg round.

Are you planning to try it?

I cant help my personalilty so yes... Monday morning I will attempt this to get me through to the reunion. Its 4 weeks, is mostly the same food I am eating now with healthy grains and some fruit added in. I think the only problem will be eating every 3 hours and within a half hour of getting up.
I was at 144 this morning (up from 143.5). This is the slowest weight loss ever this time around.

Hey all, here but nothing much to say.

Good going with all the exercise Beach! I can't even get on the Treadmil that is at the end of my bed. In my defense, it is covered in clothes that my Husband piled there. I could move them... But he should - it is only right.

Olda: at least you binged on LC foods. The 140's must feel great. I would be at my Driver license weight! I had to renew mine last Friday and I told them to keep all the info the same. The lady that was helping me totally understood.
I was afraid that they would ask me for my real weight!

Have a great day all !

Beach, I've been watching the news about the fires and keeping all of you in Colorado in my prayers! So devastating.

Thanks FF.
I guess that's the reality of living in the mountains...but this big one is very close to the city same with the Waldo fire last year. They were all near Colorado Springs (about 40ish miles from me) but they are so massive, the smoke covers most of the state. It sucks...I feel so bad for all of these people. 360 houses lost so far so the most devastating to date. You have to figure, we live in the city...but even Denver is a mile high and literally minutes from mountains. I live west of downtown Denver in what is called the foothills so again...minutes from being in a forest. It is a crap shoot if and when a fire is going to hit. Did you see the footage of the baby deer getting rescued? so sweet.

I LOVED the baby deer/fireman photo!!!!!

LC - NY only has height on their license!!

Had a good day here. Feel so bloated and icky. Maybe its a monthly issue. I should feel better in a few days then, right?! (Hysterectomies confuse all this!)

Still at 143.5... waiting for a whoosh. I have been very good, it gets soooo disappointing. I have the book from that diet and going to spend the weekend preparing for it. I think its funny that I am scared of healthy grains and fruit.

Well, at least you guys are on plan and exercising too. Give yourselves tons of credit for that!

I'm not there yet. Getting better everyday, but still not 100%. Today I've been all low carb but I've eaten a ton.

I kinda feel like just throwing the towel in until next weekend when I start hcg. I wanted to basically fast this week to get myself back down to my lowest weight before starting my next hcg round, but it doesn't seem to be working. I feel like maybe I should stop trying to lose weight this next week and just relax because starting next weekend I'll have a full month of torturing myself with VLCD's.

I'm tired of failing everyday.

If I were you, I'd pig out low carb...you know you can eat a ton, get ready for starvation...and not gain...I would make LC cheesecake to load on and eat cheese until the cows come home for loading
for now, you can eat steaks, bacon, eggs, and treat yourself to SF jello fluff without any guilt...just a thought.
Hell, I even love riots LC pancakes...and I smother them in butter and SF syrup...to me, that is not feeling deprived yet you can maintain where you are while pigging out...plus...think of how good it will be for your load...pre-load if you will

Yeah, I think you're right Beach. So what if I don't get back down to my lowest weight before starting my next round? It won't kill me.

Beach, you are a strong strong woman. I would have dived into a pint of ice cream out of pure anger. lol BUT you have been exercising A LOT and I'm positive that is the only reason the scale is not going down faster.

It will catch up soon. Just keep reminding yourself of your upcoming vacation!

Yay! That's awesome that you're not hungry!

Ok, so I know I made the decision yesterday to just go ahead and eat low carb until next weekend when I start loading, right? But then I woke up this morning and I really felt like I should try fasting today. lol

I have to go out to eat tomorrow night for Father's Day, but I'd like to fast until dinner tomorrow.

So far so good today. I've kept myself really busy so it's been pretty easy. I've just had coffee so far today. Starting to get a little hungry now, and ALMOST ruined my fast by eating some string cheese when I got some for my little one. But I resisted and came here instead.

I can do it, I can do it. If I go to bed early, at like 9 or 10, that means I only have to stay strong for about 6 or 7 more hours. I can do this!!!!

You guys rock. You just never give up and I love it. Had chinese food last night druning my "diet break" of two days. Ballooned up to 146 immediately. Its all so depressing. This new diet I am going to try is supposed to fix my metabolism. Hope you dont mind if I keep checking in even though its not low carb OR hcg or anything.

....and yet...we support you

Pretty much anymore....this is a place we all know each other and support each other in LIFE...not just weight loss....just the stuff we are going through. If it were all about weight loss...FF and I could have been here and gone 3 years ago...6 years ago... we have been together here that long, so it is more about a place to plop down....we made our roots

Yep, you said it perfectly Beach! We're just a band of misfits that were lucky enough to find each other in the right thread at the right time. Now if I don't hear from you guys I get worried just like my friends that I live near. You guys are stuck with me now. I'm never letting you disappear.

you got this FF ....I went shopping today and haven't really eaten anything beyond eggs and coffee

I was surprised by a day off today...went in and I apparently traded shifts
the rest of this work week, I am at Columbine for a safety training with all the major players and survivors of school shootings. It will be intense but very useful in my job
