Wahoo Beach! You're killin' it!

Olda, I LOVE cauliflower pizza! I haven't had it in years though. Just hold off on cheese today and I bet you'll be back in ketosis tomorrow.

Nothing new here to report since I"m not ready to weigh yet.

I have bacon in the oven and I'll make some eggs when it's ready.
And I have some leftover steak from last night so I'll have that for dinner tonight.

I'll check back in later.

hahahaha! I know the feeling Beach. When I'm on hcg I want to see 2 pound losses daily, and when it slows down to one it can be sooo disappointing. But just remember how it feels when it slows down to 2 OUNCES a day (the horror!) and enjoy these 1 pound drops while you can! lol

At least you're at work and you can keep yourself distracted. Stay strong!

I went to the beach today to get away from any temptations and it worked fabulously.

Having coffee now and having leftover steak for dinner.

Hey all - didn't realize that I hadn't checked in since mid week last week. Was dealing with a death of a co-worker/friend last week that died unexpectedly. I did well on plan though and was down 2.2 pounds by Friday. I did the two 500 cal days and it went really, really well!

welcome back twoods - def remember you!!!! Hey to everyone else !

Belle...nice work on another two pounds

YOU are killing it Olda I am so happy for you!

sigh
I feel like I took a step backward and it's bugging me. I ate too much protein yesterday thinking it wouldn't hurt me since I was so hungry...clearly I was wrong.
Then I think well...I have been exercising a lot and I am probably just holding water...and I AM thirsty today
ugh...can I really expect a two pound whoosh tomorrow? I somehow doubt it...carry on, huh?

Ugh, this is the third time I'm trying to post this. I'm sick of typing the same thing! lol

Anyhow, Beach I'm certain your gain is water weight from all the exercise. YOu need a sauna to get rid of the water weight before weigh ins.

Olda, you are kicking booty! Proud of you!

Belle, what days are you doing your 500 calories this week?

The first week that I was exercising, my weight didnt change. It is TOTALLY that Beach.
I am happy the scale is moving but I looked and saw that I got serious on May 4th. That means that its been 5 weeks for 8 pounds. Its not exactly falling off. lol

Beach, you can ABSOLUTELY be swimsuit ready in a month. No doubt. Keep on doing what you're doing!

Olda, how are you feeling today?

As for me, I'm still not back to LC 100%. I'll have a day that's perfect, and then follow it up with a day that is almost perfect but then I crack at night, followed by a bad day.

I feel fat, gross, and disappointed in myself and I have no idea why sometimes it's so easy to stay on plan for weeks...MONTHS even...and then once I fall off I just can't make myself get back on and stay on!

Obviously I made some poor food choices this morning (and last night) which is why I'm whining now. Going to try to finish out the day with coffee and water and get back on track tomorrow. I need to get back in the right frame of mind before I start my hcg round in less than 2 weeks!

I am soooo with you FF. After my vacation, every day ended bad. It took a week to get back on schedule. Tomorrow is your day. I know it.

Beach... You are the 10th and I am the 19th. We can do it.

I am debating a treadmill run. I did XStretch this morning hoping it would help destress my body. I would probably be smart to just give myself a day.

Instead of jumping on the treadmill... I had one of my eating binges. WTH????? Half a frying pan full of crack slaw (two full bowls, ugh), a few slices of cheese and an Atkins bar. All in about 7 minutes. I am typing right now so my brain has a chance to think and my lungs breathe (which I dont do when I get started). Maybe I can head off a full blown fiasco. I was heading off for chicken cutlets. Dreaming of ice cream. I should add a good five pounds on tomorrow (but I wont look)

Your exercising is phenomenal! Weight loss will be slower when you do that but you will LOOK freaking phenomenal in a bathing suit.
I stopped my binge...feel like a blob this morning. Off for my half hour jog and tonight is boxing with my trainer. Its a new workout for me at the UFC gym. I think I will weigh in on Friday morning with hopes of a 142.5?

beach - i love the name of your workout!! I bet it kicks @ss!

olda - glad you're back on track today!!!

hey everyone else... I'm back to doing spin two days a week and love love love it. I wish I hadn't stopped but the program I was doing stopped having spin in January. The person that was teaching it then started teaching again this month so I'm super excited!
