Me too Beach! I've been pissing myself off everyday since Saturday. Today is good so far. Please pray for me that I make it through the rest of the day. I hate feeling fat again.

well I just got back from a 4 mile walk. I love this app I have on my phone, it tracks my miles, speed, etc. I feel so accomplished when I see those charts!! hahah

I'm only eating veggies & fruits during the days. maybe a flat bread here and there. I'm just trying to stay as busy as possible.

The kids are doing well... I have step children now!!! And all their diets (as in way of eating) is about to change as well. no more grahm crackers or popscicles or any more crap. veggies and fruits are their snacks now

yeah...you have been a blabbermouth for a while FF...just saying

Twoods...yep...it won't kill them...I let my kids have some crap, but they basically had and still have really good diets. We NEVER went to fast food joints other than Subway and rarely go out to eat. My baby just could never tolerate bad food (tummy issues) and the other one has always been an eater of veggies and food that is good for you. They do eat too much sugar (ice cream and stuff) but they eat overall, very well. I didn't have chubby kids either...Thank God! But I agree, it'll be good for them.

I'll admit that I am a bad fast food craver. I live kind of far from a town, so if I have errand to do on Saturdays, chances are we are going to be gone during a meal...which means we are probably grabbing some fast food. Then, the insurance guy I work for is all the time bringing fast food in for lunch. I finally told them last week I was done eating that crap and I started bringing in salads or cold cut sandwiches. altho, I realize bread and cold cuts aren't the best for me, they are million times better than a Big Mac and fries.

But, then I feel like I'm not benefiting like the rest of the office girls. they get free lunch most days and I bring mine. Maybe I should start requesting he buy me a plain grilled chicken with lettuce sandwich.

I've done good today. I did eat 1 Teddy Gram with out thinking about it. Otherwise baby carrots & ranch have been my best friend today. Tonight I'm making baked chicken, something for the other people in my house that I would rather not mention (from now on I will call those things UGLYS, unless you guys have a different term), steamed zucchini & summer squash. I may give those a couple sprays of butter & a sprinkle of Parmesan.

42 days left. Had a GREAT workout with the trainer at the gym. Dont want to look at the scale since that seems to make me bloat for a day or two. Going to try and do a run this morning.
Still in ketosis but between that Atkins bar and a Taco salad, I am sure I pushed the limit.
Goal for today.... meat and eggs.
Doc told me yesterday that I can have my port taken out immediately after my last treatment (which is in 6 weeks) That is VERY good news.

I need to stop skipping breakfast. I just hate breakfast foods. I hate eggs unless they are loaded up with salsa and cheese, which isn't that bad I guess. I hate bacon and sausage. well maybe not hate but I would much rather have a bunch of carbs for breakfast. ugh. I was so bad last night. I have a problem where I wake up in the middle of the night and snack.

I'm going to my first farmers market today!! pretty excited!!

I have been juicing in the morning twoods...
I get a load of veggies and fruit (not a ton of fruit...more veggies) in the morning and can gulp it down...just a thought
maybe a protein shake or veggie juice or smoothies? might help
