I'm back on the wagon too...I didn't fall off horibly, just having back issues so exercise is kind of painful and time wise, It has been really hectic so eating has been eh.

I fell off bad! I was trying to just eat well and count calories. I didn't work for me... I gained 10 pounds!

So back to LC!

I feel great today even though I have this sinus problem a the moment.
Someone at work even said that she noticed that I am thinner! It is just all the bloat that is going away, but hey, I will take it!

beach - glad you're back on but hope you feel better soon.

quick check in for me today - the boys first day of school is today so they had a 1/2 day and I had orientation this afternoon. Ugh. Can't believe school is back in already. I was in denial until this morning. Sigh!

Oh, I know .... The Summer went so fast. My son starts back on Monday so we are doing a quick camping trip this weekend. He will be starting 1st grade...

My little boys are growing up... Still have one that won't start kindergarten until next year. Still have one "baby"

Hey Kids!

Just checking in!

Still going strong with my LC diet and loving it!

I just finished a 3 mile walk away the pounds video. I think I'll be doing that for the next few weeks since it's way too hot to walk outside right now, and I'm too lazy to wake up at 6 to go to the gym.

I just did the 3 miles video again. Going to try to do at least one of those videos a day...at least one mile a day and hopefully do the 3 mile one at least 4 times a week.

I'm also doing the Tracy Anderson arms workout. Youtube is a Godsend! It definitely makes sure we have NO excuse not to work out.

L: Pumpkin smoothie
D: Green beans and beef if I'm hungry, Pumpkin smoothie again if I'm not.

I miss bacon. A lot. I haven't had bacon since before January. Seeing eggs and bacon in Amity's menu makes me want some ! I do have red meat occassionally but that's it. I may need to increase my fish intake because I might be eating too many veggies for low carb. I'll have to think about my menu for next week and add more in.

I hope you all have a great weekend! I'll be out of town with my family so I don't know if I'll check in but I will def check in by Monday morning...

FF - my husband does several free workouts online too. I'll find out where he gets them because they are really good. You are right - there are so many places to get free workouts now. It's awesome!

C25K day 3 done. Its getting easier. Running didn't hurt today. Also did some arm work with dumbbells.

Food today isnt going to be perfect. Have family coming over for DD's 13th bday tonight.

I will have cake but will watch portion control.

lol! Olda, at least you have one of them under control. It would be worse if you were eating off plan AND not exercising.

I did the 3 mile WATP workout again today, along with the TA arm workout for beginners, and some arm exercises with weights.

I haven't eaten much yet today. Just coffee, some nuts, and a piece of Sugar Free candy. Why don't I ever learn???? My stomach is soooo loud right now. Sugar Free candy is evil!

I plan to make some stir fry beef with asparagus for dinner. Assuming my stomach settles down soon.

My butt is whooped...
I am exhausted. Just moved oldest DD to her apartment for college, band camp just ended for the baby DD and now marching band season is in full swing. I am NOT ready for this
On top of that, school starts tomorrow so am going to start getting my butt kicked at work too. Also had to start seeing a chiopractor again 3x per week for the next 3 months and (OUCH)
I am trying to stay on the wagon, but frankly I barely have time to eat, let alone well still in the 140s but not where I want to be. exercise is moving the daughter and everything else.
I am seriously going to try to get ONE 14er in this year...next week

Morning ladies!

Just finished my 3 mile WATP again! Yay! So I reached my goal of doing it 4 times this past week...assuming Monday is the start to a new week. Yay!

This coming week I will probably do it Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. And maybe Sunday again if I'm feeling ambitious.

I'll probably try to do a quick one mile walk on the other days. Just so I don't get lazy. Plus, I can carve out 15 minutes of every day for a walk.

Menu today is:
B: smoothie
L: stir fried beef and asparagus
D: smoothie

How is everyone else holding up this weekend?

Morning All!

Woke up STARVING this morning...and decided to make eggs and have some cheese...and now I'm totally fine. Totally an accomplishment for me....not long ago I would have reached for the oreos.

Menu today:
B-eggs, cheese, coffee
L-stir fry beef and asparagus
D-smoothie

I will do some form of exercise tonight. I'll report back later on what I decide to do.
How is everyone else doing?

Morning girls!!!! I hope you all had a nice weekend! I have a staff meeting today and tons to do at work so this is just a quick check in for me !

FF - we are definitely in this until we reach goal!!!!

beach - I can't imagine moving my kids in to college. I'm not looking forward to that

kitty, LCL, Amity, and kitty - HEY!!!! kitty - we miss you so please come around more often

Today is a shake day for me. I may have two coffees but other than that I'm drinking tons of water and having shakes. Sigh. I need a whoosh in the WORST way!!!!!!

ok, I had to look at the scale or I was going to binge all day (again) 141.5. If I see it in print, I will hopefully be annoyed enough to do something about it. Had a plate of sauteed broccoli so far today.

I was really tempted to step on the scale today too because I feel so much better and my clothes fit better again, but then I though..nah, I'll let it go until September 1st like I originally planned and hopefully I'll get a nice surprise.

Belle, I totally forgot today was the day you do low calories. Oh well, I guess I'll do it tomorrow instead since i already had my eggs and cheese, and my lunch is already precooked.

Kitty, Amity, LCL, and Beach...how are you ladies doing?

I tried to recruit Riot to come back and join us when our new challenge starts on September 1st, but I don't think I was very convincing. She's sooo busy with work these days that I don't blame her, but I sure do miss her. I wish we could get everyone back for our next challenge since it's our anniversary challenge.

Hey I am hanging in there.

Yesterday was a terrible day for eating I am trying to flush it out today. It was my daughters birthday and she is a carbaholic and of course can eat without gaining an ounce.

I started week 2 of c25k and did my arm weights again. Feeling better about that.

Today I have been cleaning my house and doing laundry. We start school next week and my kids are finishing up the books and math packets they were given to work on through out the summer. Of course we wait til the last minute. LOL

I had a smoothie for lunch and dinner will be grilled chicken parm, salad, and some veggie I have in the freezer. I have SF jello if I need a dessert.

I haven't stepped on the scale in awhile and don't plan on doing so until I can feel a difference.

Big wave hi to everyone. Off to switch laundry.
