Weight Loss Goal For May 27-June3
I'm going to start logging my weight on Fridays I think. I tend to retain a lot of water over the weekend and Thurs/Fridays seem to be my best days for an accurate weight. I'll leave it like this for those of you joining me thought.

Last week I saw 245.5. This week would like to see 241.

I'm at 265.4 today and would love to be under 260 by next Monday :)

I would be totally ecstatic to lose just one pound by next Monday. Weight this morning was 149.8. I'm soooo close to goal and every pound is a huge accomplishment. But it's just so damned frustrating!!!

Last time we went to the gym I was 160lbs. I'd like to be close to 155lbs but I'll take 158 lol

End of Week Two of induction - 241.6 lbs. Down 1.4 lbs, this week, Total loss of two weeks was 9.4 lbs. :jumpjoy:

I would like to see 239.0 lbs. for this week, not just for one day. I don't count a weight loss goal until I see it for at least three days.

I went to the gym today and weighed myself! I now weigh 158lbs! :jumpjoy: So since I started lc'ing I went from 163lbs to 158lbs! :) I am super happy! Now maybe I can get a little closer to the 155lbs I mentioned earlier lol

I weighed in at the gym today, I'm down to 156lbs! So a total of 7lbs in 8 days! It's mostly water weight, but it's awesome to see the scale go down! :)

I"m only 2 pounds away from my final goal.
The pants I bought 'snug' about a month ago, fit fine.
This is really exciting.
I expect to be at goal sometime very soon.

I've been at 149.8 for the last few days... I'm trying to compete with myself now- I just really want to be under 149 by Monday!! Even I get to 148.8, that would be awesome for me. These pounds are so stubborn! Ugh

Thank God I wait until Monday. Up to 241.2 lbs. this morning. For some reason I seem to bounce up around Wednesday or Thursday and can control it over the weekend to get it down. All water gain this morning from 239.4 lbs. so I should show a loss by then. I am shooting for 239.0 by Monday morning.

I'm down to 261.6. I won't make it under 260, but I'd love to be at 261 since that will make 15 pounds since I started 5/18. Here's hoping!! :)
