This is what I have, no water, but I can see how if you have foot probs like you used to how it would be irritating! My feet feel tingly when I use it for awhile, but that was why in my head I thought I had more blood flow!

Oh that kid is a character!! Love his little bow at the end too!! See that dance on a two year old is Great...on a nearly 40 yr. old gal...not so much!!

Well I think you're right...cause it would seem that anytime there's pressure on the footie, then there's increased blood flow. Makes sense to me!! Does that footie thing vibrate? Is the infrared warm at all? I'm interested!!

Whoa!! That IS a loaded week you have comin'!! So much beboppin' in the eves!! You gonna be tired when sleeps come each evening!! That's a Great idea to get ahead of things with your preplanned eats for the week. Wish I could fax ya some of this Tomato-ili.

Your cornbread waffles sound like a real winner!! Oh my goodness, the creativity of those pinterest folk always amaze me! Crunchy cornbread though...oh, be still me beatin' heart!!

Ahhh yes, I vote for you intervening on you own behalf...health check wise. Most deff YES on gettin' the ball rollin'. Just take it baby steps. One appt. at a time. Do you know that I noticed immediately when I started back on this slippery, so far very down hill course of chowing like normal, rather than plant based, that I too have began -feeling- my heart rate elevated. Not good...not okay with that.
Do you already have a doc in mind, or is that a research project still?

Well we have a doc, we just don't go. We really never get sick enough to warrant a visit and I go to a specialist for the scoot down. I will see what she says on Tuesday though. I will make appt for both of us though. ML still has not made an appt for his tummy issues! I made 2 and he no showed both times He is a brat! Oh actually it was work but he doesn't make it a priority enough to tell work he won't be able to do blah blah that they want just now cause of an appt!

Where are you feeling your heart? I notice it a lot when I am laying down in my neck area around where your collar bones are, but throughout the day I will feel it on both sides of my neck. I googled it and found nothing really. Strange that I can't self diagnose some sort of weird thing with that symptom

Ok so you inspired me to go load up the wash I should be getting ready for bed but since I slept till 6:30 I suppose I could stay up awhile!

Oh oops, I forget. Yes the foot thing has little nubby things on those circles and they rotate. I just keep it plugged in next to where I sit in a basket and bust it out when needed.

I feel the heart beat right where you do, in the sides of me neck & base of the collarboneage area. I can also feel the strong fluttering in me chest. All of that is back, since chowing like mostly norm folk. Not right!!

That's a good idea to see what the scootie doc suggests.

Shame on ML for dodgin' outta his appt.'s!! Maybe someone needs some motivation...like a promise of a special treat. Yes, there you go Loty, motivate that Boy!!

I'll have to keep me eyes open for your footie thing. That might be a nice way for Hunky to get some relief after a long day of being on those feets.

We're watching AFV funnies. Love that show!!

Still have to fold/put away the laundries.

I can't wait till it's coffee time tomorrow!! Although it does increase the heart rate, substantially.

Oh you!!!! Your such a little devil!!! I will take that bribery idea under consideration! I may actually have to do that to get him to go!

I haven't noticed the coffee thing affecting it. I sure bet it does though. Did you have high BP before? Were you taking anything for it?

I can't believe I just don't lose weight! I really don't want to start meds, although I should for my tri's also. Jeesh I'm going to H* E* double hockey sticks in a hand basket aren't I?!?!

Oh for crying out loud, I keep remembering things I need to tell you!

Did I tell you about the roof at work? We are getting a new roof and they took the old non functioning AC units off the roof. And then...it rained! And its rained the last two nights and its raining now! Our whole clubhouse area and office storage is leaking all over! I had just gone through the whole back office supply room and the is all wet! We were running around trying to save things and move them as fast as we could! Whoa it was nutty!

Oh NO on the indoor rains!! That's awful!! And what a load of extra work it's making for everyone!! Surely that's a priority #1 ish for the roofers this week?! Are y'all expecting more rains this week??

No, I was never taking meds for the high bp. Although the endo fellow said that I should. It was a fairly new development for me. It had came on over the last year or so. When I went to mostly plant based eats...it came all the way down...nearly immediately. So I reckon it's back on the rise.

Don't you spend anytime beatin' on yourself over where things are at healthwise. NO. Just throw yourself into makin' it right, right now. You can totally do this!! You're already moving in the right direction, adding in little blips of activity all over the place will make a diff!!

Gonna wrap up this laundry sitch, and head into getting Un-ready for the day.

Get your rest on & I'll see ya on the tomorrow!!

Goodmorning!!

Well today was supposed to be a worky day for me. Is it?? I don't know!! Your guess would be as good, or better than mine.
I'm trying to keep me rage tamped down...but as time draws closer to the scheduled meet time, and I still have no confirmation, or destination to meet at...I be gettin' madder & madder!! And MADDER!!
I reckon I'm just gonna go about gettin' me ready on, and if we can put this together...great , and if not...I will go to Wally world and shop out a new lip pencil for my efforts.
There, that's my plan.

But I tell ya what!! I'm fuming!! I'm gonna need some time to poise meself before I can make this call and undoubtedly hear from him that his plans have changed!! WHAT?!?!?!

I'm just stunned by this unpro-fesh behavior!!

Whatever, there's new lipliner at the end of this road.

Got tiles picked out tonight! Finally! I went after dinner and made a decision since the guys are going to start soon! ALso G's appt went really well, very nice Doc! She has one more script I will pick up tomorrow.

Argh...I got me tireds on! Gonna hit the sack! Can't wait to hear about the days adventures though!!!

Awwe, shucks...well darnit...I'm gonna cut this guy some slack. He's simply just got a LOT going on. I get it. And I do see that it looks like the chaos will level out. Once this initial blah blah paperwork is done, I will be working with the clients, independently. So...to summarize the days events...it was a very enjoyable 4hr.'s with him, and a boat load of doc.'s to read thru/sign. I'm back at it again tomorrow, and then will be working with another staffer/client for a couple hours in the late afternoon as well. It'll be a pretty full week of much of the same. However, Friday is looking to be more of a field trip for bossman & I. As we expect to have all the paperwork portion completed and are planning a small out of town jaunt, to visit a married couple/client sitch, whom we'll assist in preparing a menu/grocery list and little feast with that afternoon. Should be fun!!

I am considering that I may find it most practical to have a cell phone now. I've been very pleased to be without one for the last few years...but with packing clients around, and the companies usage of the google platform for the progress notes we keep, and contact with one another and the clients...it seems to make sense. I'm totally overwhelmed at the idea of having to shop out plans. Technology in that arena has gotten completely away from me...and I really don't know where to begin. Example...there's a beast called an Iphone. Well I don't know if that is a type of phone, or a specific carrier. I didn't need to know this stuff...so I tuned it out, entirely. Obviously I have some homework to do. What I know is that I need to be able to access/use the google gmail that the company uses, and it would seem that a plan that would include a good deal of texting would be wise. I think that's it.

So Good to hear that G's appt. went well and that you approve of the doc!! I can't wait to hear how the scripts work for her!!

Is your worky sitch so wonky because of the roof/rain issues? Are the rains still on-going?

If someone wants to share piccy's of their chosen tiles...I know some folk that would like to see them!!

I might have convinced the Hunk to roll us on down to our fave pizza joint this eve for dinn. And I may have chowed on half of that small combo that arrived at me table. Ooops!! See, you're not alone in this nonsense!!

Okay, you go to bed!! I've gotta mess around with creating this <new to me> google gmail acct. stuff. G'night!!

Hey Budz!!

I'm whooped this evening!! Been at it most all day and my mind just feels fried from it. So much to take in.
Once I got back in over here...I had all kinds of junk to do on the computer, for work.
I wasn't able to easily settle on an outfit this morning...so me bed is COVERED with layers of clothing. And I don't wanna deal with it tonight...or the basket of unfolded laundry next to it. Also don't feel like preppin' coffees for tomorrow morning, and I don't feel like getting ready for bed. I'm too tired!!

Now what am I gonna do?!

What's been going on around here?!

Goodmorning!!

I took the advice of the wise Loter...and did nuttin' last night. I think I drug meself to bed sometime just after 7:30pm. I was just totally, mentally spent. The other side of this is, our bedroom looks like a careless/lazy teen occupies it, with all the clothes floatin' about. Dishes undone in the sinkage, and not a lot of prepped up foodie in the fridge.
So, those are some of the goals for this morning, before gettin' the purty gathered up & headin' out to meet with another staffer and client.
The staffer fellow & I are set to meet at a new Starbucks in town, to discuss the itinerary for the afternoon and details I should know about the client. Our plan is to fully indulge in the caffeine supply before we head out.
This evening it sounds like Hunky & I may go cell phone shopping. Like it or not, (and I don't)...it is a near must for me to have the ability to contact clients on the fly, while I'm out & about, and for other staffers to reach me on the pronto. Whatever.
What make/model of cell do you have? Are you pleased with it? What about your service plan? Who do you go with? <---Questions!!

How was the scoot yesterday? Were you able to get any leads on the rest of the health ish wonderings?

Well your probably out cell shopping now so this info is probably mute.

I looked online you guys have really spotty coverage but I assume it is the elevation? Anyway a couple things to think about. I found a no contract plan was our best option when we only had the 2 phones. We got unlimited text/talk/data for $55 a month with Boost Mobile. Every 6 months of paying on time would lower the bill by $5 until you go to 40. Boost is Sprints no contract line. The downside is you have to buy your phone outright. So you will pay more for your phone but in the long run you make up for it in lower monthly bills.

When we added G we went back to a contract phone with Sprint. The family plan was better then.

For phones you can get iphones with any carrier. I personally don't get excited over them but they are very popular. ML has one for work and he isn't over the moon with it either. The operating system is just different from all our other phones. We prefer an android operating system. Plus iphones are an apple product and charge for apps that are free to most any other phone!

The phone we all have now it the HTC One. Go to the store and play with them though. You may want to get a slide phone that has a real keyboard so you don't have to deal with a touch screen all the time. Touch screens are hard to use in the cold too! If you fingers are too cold they don't register.

I would start at say an electronics store like Best Buy or whatever is around you, they don't care what carrier or phone you get really so give a little more honest reviews!

Oh Goodmorning!! One thing...where were my regularly scheduled sleeps last night?! I couldn't find them...at all...all night. May have had sumpin' to do with having 2 large Starbuckers over the course of the late afternoon and eve. Good grief...what was I thinking?!
A little note about the Starbuck co-worker meeting. Thru sharing emails with the fellow to discuss our meeting spot, I'd also asked what I should consider wearing for our adventure with the client that afternoon, and had jokingly asked if a parachute would be required, as his/our title is Life Skills Coach and Adventure Specialist. He popped back with suggesting a tutu, sequins and a boa.
So, guess who was wearing a PINK fluffy boa when he arrived to the store!! Oh that guy cracked up so hard. I had warned him that I like flair...like Mrs. Roper.

Goodness I've gotta get me readys on for the workforce. Yes to the texting!! Oh how much fun that will add to our days!! Love the idea!!
P.S. Yes that is a pretty Purple phone I'm packin' now. Yes it is. More to share on the later!!

Enjoy yer day!!

Just a quick roll thru, to say Hi to my Peeps!!

So, you know how we chow around here...when June is full on able to devote all kinds of time to menu planning/grocery shopping/meal prep/cooking. However...things look a whole lot diff, when Miss Thing spends bucko time outta the homestead. This mornings breakfast (steel cut oats), for the Hunk was served in an oversized perex serving dish, and shoveled down with a long ice cream/ice tea stirring spoon...because the dishes were on the back-up. My breakie consisted of half a can of *cold* re-fried beans. Yes it did. That's what time allowed, given what little there is to choose from, that doesn't require time to prep/cook.
I did indeed get the dishes sitchy remedied, but there are a handful of other biggie tasks that need tending to. Maybe later.

I've gotta zip off for now...more later!!

Can't wait to hear how it went!

Well here I was going to show you the Halloween costumes I bought for me and the boss lady today but they sure don't compete with a feather boa to work! I bet he about had a coronary!!! How fun!

Here it is anyway.....I texted the boss lady a pic, I don't think she is thrilled about going as condiments!

Well, I was all alone at work today, the boss lady called in. It was no no no fun!! I just can't even explain the amount of chaos that still swirls around there!!

And just to add to the crazy.....I had to open me big mouth and volunteer to not only coach G's b-ball team but since A's had no coach yet....you see where this is going Usually we co-coach A's team with another fellow who also coaches his older sons team. It worked out perfectly as we were always able to fill in for each other when games didn't line up right. It seems that fellow has fallen off the face of the earth though! Not sure how we are going to do this but we will! So the new and improved schedules

Mon-game G
Tues-practice A
Wed-gymnastic A (I think )
Thurs-practice G
Sat-Games G and A

What was I thinking???? Actually I don't help ML at practices so really I am only on duty 2 day, he is the one on for all these times Hee Hee

So the guys came and started the bath downstairs tonight! They were only here till 7 so not bad. Crazy little problem though. The plumbing leaks a bit so they tried to replace it. Well it seems the old dude that originally owned this place built things securely!!! The plumbing is all cemented into the wall!!! What????!!!!! So they are trying to just clean and spiff up the old bits and try to get them to work. I sure hope it does!!

Oh you poor thing! Half a tin of cold beans! Thats about as pitiful as it gets!! I have a really hard time with breaky! As we know, I still don't do it. I mean to make a smoothie nearly every day and never do it!

Yes, working def puts a damper on the home front. Its a double edge sword isn't it? While I actually do like to go out to work it sure does show at home!!! Planning is key! Too bad hunky's store is more expensive, he could just bring supplies home! Although maybe sending him with a list even though you spend a bit more is worth it just to have it done!

Maybe you will get a person that will need to go to the store and you could pick things up too!

Oh gosh, the new boss man is a super smarty huh? Is he difficult to talk to? How old a guy? Married? Wonder what the wife would be like??

We're gonna cut our eve short. Both of us & the kids are just exhausted. Hunkies already put himself to bed, as he was falling asleep on the couch. I've gotta wrap a couple projects up & then I'm right behind 'em.

Catch ya on the tomorrow!!
