Meat and Egg Fasting! Goal: Losing 10lbs by May 25th!
Hello everyone! Any one want to join me for meat and egg fast? I started yesterday, had 3 extra small eggs (from my own little chickens) and ate them devilled with a teaspoon of mayo. Then I had a nice fat steak and well I couldn't eat anymore. I'll enjoy the lack of hunger for as long as I can because I bet it won't last.
My goal is to Meat and Egg Fast until Saturday. I am having a BBQ then and will probably indulge in a sweet potato or heck, maybe even some brown rice pasta salad! Then I would like to try to get back on it from Sunday to Friday. If I can't make it that long, no worries. Just a tentative goal I have set. So...anyone been thinking of doing a meat and egg fast?? Join me!!! My personal goal is to lose 10lbs by May 25th. Since it will probably be mostly water weight that shouldn't be TOO hard. |

Today I ate some roast beef and a chicken breast. I will have scrambled eggs and some kind of meat for dinner.

I wish I could do this, but my body goes crazy feeling funny (hard to explain- almost like a congested chest feeling) if I don't add some vegetables into the mix.
