Debbie, love the pics of Mirsa's graduation. Especially the one with billy and Isabella!!! Yum on the cake!

It's raining here, any idea where that came from MK?????

Cindy, when is DDs wedding??? At least she didn't choose a may wedding since you're busy then with new kids at school!

Gotta run. Waving to Kelly and Jenn!!!

Between my run then the wedding Saturday and graduation and the party after Sunday I have been busy. Then I worked 12 yesterday and didn't get home till 12:30.

So today is lazy Tuesday.

DS almost 22 moves tomorrow. His birthday is Thursday.

No other major things going on this week.

Becky, I hope you are OK after your fall.the new clothes sound great.

MK, every two hours is a lot of walking and time.it will change.

Cindy, Happy Anniversary to your parents. Saw your FB post.

Jenn, glad you feel better.

Kelly, your son must be home soon!! How is C25K going??

Kaye, hope your new chicks getting along with older ones. How many eggs you get a day.

I use so many eggs. I make a 6 egg frittata so I don't have to worry about breakfast for 4 days. Need to make one today. I need some groceries .

Think I hear rain. May be a rainy run tonight.

Becky, my brother did the flying pig half. He also ran the 5K and 10K the day before to get the Three Way medals.

I better get out of bed. Tuesdays are my lazy days. I want to watch The Voice. Missed it last night due to work.

I'm here, we've just hit the end of the school year craziness. This week will be super busy and next week DS19 comes home! YEAH!

My to do list is finally shrinking and other the reminder to get Mother's Day cards I'm at the point that I can't finish any of the stuff until other people return my calls (or emails) to confirm information.

Busy ladies!!

I did some cooking today. Made a taco casserole and crack slaw.also made a frittata.

Ran tonight and just had to heat up and cut up some tomatoes to top it. I even had shredded lettuce because DH buys it for his salads at work.

Now I am watching The Voice.

Very rainy here but it stopped for our run. We run in rain. Don't run if thunder storming.

Becky, you can usually have someone pick up your packet. Every race is different. The website should say.

You can do it. Walk and run or just walk.

Good morning!!!

Rainy off and on through Saturday. Not our usual Spring weather.

DS21(22tomorrow) and his GF move into her apartment today. She has to work. He is hoping to get this moved with friends. I am available if they need me.

I heard from the doctor I may work for. I need to be interviewed and to find out about the job. Is it full time? What is the pay? I don't need benefits but would like paid time off. I would take a pay cut but work more. The trade off is better quality of life.

Where is Cindy?????

Good morning-
DS15 gets to sleep in a little bit, he's asking for more time. Goofy kid!
One week from today DS19 will be home for the summer! We were fb messaging this morning, he said he pulled an all nighter in the library finishing papers last night.

This whole week will be crazy busy, although last night I was able to get everything going with our swim meet volunteers and leave. Hopefully the same thing happens tonight and Friday.

I do want to try to get a run in at some point today, not sure when/if that will happen, but surely I can sneak in a little time to not skip it. (I had grand plans to get up early and go, but that didn't happen, I poured a cup of coffee and sat down with the newspaper instead)

I'm here while the plumber fixes my bathroom faucet. It won't turn all the way off. (not drippy, but actually won't turn off on the hot water which keeps that bathroom nice and steamy)

Our HS varsity swim team have conference meets this week and next week. DS15 is too slow to qualify, but we are hosting the first set so that means everyone has to show up and help out. (in theory anyway, we have more than 90 kids on the team and its the same 15 or so parents that show up every week to help)

DS19 will be home in less than a week! YEAH And, yes, MK, I'm doing a happy dance. I'm ready to have him home for the summer. He does have a friend coming out and staying with us for part of the summer. DS19 needs to work as much as possible, so he'll have to figure that part out.

I was proud of me this morning, I knew the plumber could get here early so I got up and ran (all by myself) early this morning so I could get at least 3 runs in this week. I did 3 miles total including the walking and it was walk .25, run 1.5, walk .25, run .75, walk .25 and my pace (including the walking) averaged to 12:28/mile. I was really happy with my run this morning although I had planned to run a full mile for the last interval I didn't want to end running but wanted to walk at least a quarter of a mile to cool down a little.
I don't pace myself very well when I go on my own. I start off to fast and then I can't go as far as I want to. I had to force myself to slow down several times during the first half mile this morning. I had on the pace watch and I would look at my pace and I knew it wasn't sustainable.

I am here...just super busy this week. I'm gone all day, come home, make dinner, and then pretty much collapse!

The set up here is different than what we had, so I only get on the computer at certain times. And right now, being so busy, I hardly get on at all! lol!

The set up where Jenn??

I helped DS with some moving related shopping yesterday and then met his GF and him for dinner. Did get my run in. Yesterday was my youngest's 22 birthday. Boy time flies.

Working today. Getting up and running at 7 around 25 minutes away so an early wake.

Kelly, great run!!!!!

:hiya

Got a doctors appt at 11. I can't wait to get the bloodwork back and see what the thyroid is, i think it's still too low. I really really like my new doctor. She's very caring and I haven't had a doctor that I don't feel this way on a long time.

Don't know what I'm doing after my appt. I could take mom to lunch but I get so few quiet days that I'm not sure what I want to do. I'm taking Kim and mom to Olive garden for lunch tomorrow so mom will get out tomorrow.

Be back later. Have a good day girls. Hope Cindy is ok... Don't remember seeing a post from her yesterday.

Web is the wedding Cindy? Are u taking any time off? Is it in Green Bay?

Taking mom and Kim to Olive Garden at 130 for lunch, Kim is meetin my niece for coffee before but she doesn't know that Tracy is joining us for lunch. Lol. Thought mom would like both her granddaughters there, and Tracy didn't have anything to do after coffee with her. Tracy's bd was the 8th so I can give her part of her bd gift, the other thing that I'm excited to give her hasn't arrived yet, it's a flying pig charm for her pandora since she just ran the flying pig half last Sunday.

I need to get the crap out of my car before I get my mom. I got 3 more pair of capris like I got the other day, I love that pair. I have the khacki color and I bought navy, white and a parakeet blue (I compare a lot of colors with my birds, lol). And I got a gauze type blouse with a tank top to put back for next summer, I don't think it will fit this summer but I LOVED it so I got it anyway!

In between here - had wedding dress appt.
her dress is gorgeous. Not your "typical" wedding dress.
Then Sue made her shower dress too - I cried when she put both on - Sue said I probably have never seen her in anything that fit before!!! She said her dress is so tiny that she doesn't have a mannequin small enough! I can't wait for you to see it!

Becky - the wedding is in Milwaukee - so that's what's been hard - and it's hard on them too since they have to come home SO many weekends!!

So, DD is at a hair appt and I have to pick her up and then we have other errands to run.

Have fun at Olive Garden!
I am feeling bad I didn't do anything for my Mom other than a card. She was just here and I should have tagged one of her bday gifts as a Mother's Day gift. I have nothing else I can get her that she would like. I would have sent flowers but she and my Dad just got big floral arrangement for something else.......

I ran with friends. Just went to TJ Maxx and grocery. Billy and family coming for dinner. Hurray! Get to see Bella. Mirsa took her last college final today. It was a course at a different school. They told her she needed it then didn't offer it this semester at her school. Because of this her diploma won't come till August but she is done.

Don went to see Michael our youngest's apartment and to take him on a dry run to new job and buy some work clothes. He is going to have a long talk with him about not complaining at new job, how to dress, and things like that. He will have a uniform but Mike puts on the oldest of clothes when he has tons of newer things. He doesn't like to shave. He should look better on his new job. He starts Monday. It is his first full time job. He is starting on the bottom but if he sticks with it he can learn a lot and work his way up over the years.

He will be at a government building and can't say where. Big security so tomorrow he has to learn about that and get fitted for uniforms. He will need his own pants. He has a lot from old job but DH taking him for new ones plus new black kitchen shoes. I bought socks and belt at TJ Maxx. I also bought a small glass oblong pan and an inexpensive nice white bowl and tongs for them. Also more hangers.

Now I need to marinate steaks and husk corn for dinner.

I am working Mother's Day.

Got my mom a rubber band watch with a pretty face. They are popular and cheap. Hers is white like mine. I got Mirsa a pinky peach colored one. She loves pink.

Cindy, can't wait to see dress pictures.

Becky, nice gift for the birthday girl. How was your bloodwork??

MK, enjoy your son being home. We officially have an empty nest. Hard for me to let go so buying them things as I find them(still).

Kelly, busy with swim team right??

Jenn, glad your back and posting.

Kaye???? How is the patient?? Your youngest going to graduate this year??

Better put my groceries away and get dinner prep started. Plus my laundry won't fold itself.

I am posting a photo from wedding last Saturday.
