Back to finish catching up, GD has a dance recital tonight can't wait to see her. This year she's in 2 one for hip hop and the other is jazz. Should be cute. My ex SIL pasted away so have to go to the wake on my way. So very sad.

Karen bet your so glad to finally get some time off. Sounds like your still going to be busy around your house. Going to Calgary sounds like it would be alot of fun.

Liz wtg on staying of plan. I'm going to weigh Monday, I'm usually a daily weigher, but after my Jaw thingy I couldn't eat the foods I wanted, but still stayed as close to plan as possible.

Jo hope that funk is gone and you can finally enjoy sunshine with no Snow. Can you get to the Main land yet?

It was a good thing DH got off early Friday. We got to LH early and about 30 minutes later I started hearing a strange sound. I went to investigate an d water was spewing out of the bathroom cabinet! Yelled for DH and got the water turned off. Luckily I have a good size heavy rug that was acting as a partial sponge/dam. But what a mess. The drawers were full of water. But..... It didnt reach the new laminate floors all is dry and the pipe is replaced. If we had arrived at our normal time it would have been going on for another 1 1/2 hours. Everything worked out

We will probably have to leave early tomorrow. This area is under the tornado outbreak for tomorrow. Rated 7 on the TORCON scale. 8 is the highest chance. And I'm not sticking around in a mobile home. Home to my basement. And only a 5 there. We got the grass mowed and started work on the boat. Next weekend we head for Texas.

WOE: Trying to resist anything white.

Just had dinner...Soo Full! Had a salad, roasted tri-tip w/caramelized onions/sauteed shrooms, & to drink...CL.

Misty~SS about your ex SIL. Somehow...I missed what was/is going on w/ur health?! Stones...as in Kidney? & What happened to ur jaw? I must be losing my brain cells! Good idea of using those $ buckets to protect ur new plants.
How was the recital...get Pix?

Laura~U no slacker on posting! I have been...due to being MIA so much on here lately! U Sooo deserved the Ice cream on ur BD! Ouch on the 7-12's!

CJ~DUH...now I get it...2yr anni of the Tornado! That one that hit in Texas the other day reminded me of ur Tornado! Wow...on the main street! A CVS would be a nice addition. Take the boat out today? How was it? Yoga was good.

Well, today was a pretty good day for me. Got a lot of things done. Yoga was good, but a bit tiring due to the Heated Room! Still don't like that part of this yoga place. Oh, well....
There was a special performance by a drummer/singing crystal bowl performer. She drummed 3 drums during the whole class...which sounded like Indian drumming. Then, during Shavasana...she played one drum softly & played her huge singing crystal bowl. That was Kewl....

Goodmorning, rainy day today, so going to do chores. Nice day for it and DH is gone all day with the rehab truck. And Rocco too. GD recital was so nice yesterday, she's getting really good at dancing.

Cheryl wow so glad you caught the pipe in time so no major damage to your new floors.
Hope your home safe and sound and that the tornado missed your area.

Pat ex SIL went in for knee surgery and had a masive stroke. So sad, I'm still so close to the family. What happen with my jaw or gland is that a month ago my whole neck and face on right side swoll up and the pain was horrid and couldn't eat. Regular Dr said it was Salivary duct stones after all the meds I feel great now but still have to go to a specialist tomorrow, I'm hoping that they desolved but don't ever want to go through that pain again. I never heard of it but Dr said it's common???? Sounds like the concert was fun I have seen it before, so calming and amazed at how all the bowls make such a beautiful sound.

Hi, Ladies! Happy Monday

Misty, how did the weigh-in go? Let us know how it goes with the specialist.

Cheryl, glad u caught the water problem quiclky. Smart to leave tornado alley! We're keeping an eye out for severe weather here in North Texas for today and tomorrow. Are u in Texas now?

Hope u are having a great vacation, Deb! Still waiting 4 pics. Have to travel vicariosly these days.

Pat, you must be doing hot yoga. They purposely heat the room. Glad things r better for u.

Howsit going Karen? Must b fun having all the animals. We just dont have the open spaces for good riding here.

How was the birthday, Laura? I'll have 2 visit your journal.

Jo, you and Deb r my exercise inspiration. Why do u walk w poles? Ive heard about it, but dont know the benefits.

I've been sticking with plan and walking. However, i seem 2 b at a set point. Didn't release more weight-even gained a few ounces. I figure i'll see a whoosh soon. That's the way it worked last time. I've been keping track of food. Noticed i lowered fat a little . Could thatcould make the difference? Maybe i need more fat.

Have a great day!

It is due to open 2014 along with most of the schools. It will be better when we have buildings again. A mile long section of main has a local restaurant, a McDonalds and a bar. I still bank out of a mobile home don't know what the hold up is for rebuilding.

How did yoga go? Sounds chilly there. We finally warmed up this week. we are getting the boat ready this weekend.

Liz our LH is on Grand Lake in NE Ok.

Misty where are you?

Deb off playing Gypsy again.

Karen - yes have you been out on you new bike??

Jo I hope the funk and stall are both gone. pole walking and being outdoors sounds like a great time. How are all the kids doing?

Laura ice cream. Good Birthday present.
Did go for a bike ride Saturday night. Lovely evening. DH thought I was nuts. (We don't have Harleys) He had me take the 750 (new bike) to town for fuel. When we got there, I switched with him on the 600. I haven't ridden since last October, and felt more comfortable getting used to the smaller bike. Bigger one has lots more get-up-and-go and not much room on bikes to err.........................

And then Sunday I cleaned up my little one to get ready to ride it back and forth to the office. But then today, windy and rained last night, so I just drove SUV again.............

Now this evening, DH has a softball game, so I may get a Horseback ride in.......with no worry of when supper needs to be ready.....only me to feed!!!

Karen you didn't the bad storms? I saw a bunch in Ia. You got out on the new bike

Deb sounds like you had a great time. What are you cooking?

Laura. Your on your long work week. How's it going?

Misty we turned the water off when left this time. That was too close. Let us know what the specialist says. SS about you SIL

Pat glad you getting some better. I love tri tip and caramelized onions. I had a rib eye and the onions for lunch yesterday. CVS is trying to come in. There is rumor they bought the lot of the Post Office branch that was hit. It was too windy to take the boat. Small vessel advisory. I have only seen the crystal played on TV but it sounds beautiful

Liz I didn't leave tornado alley. I live there. I just traded the LH mobile home for my real home with a basement. We are going to Texas next weekend. Sound like you are ok on your diet. Still doing fat bombs?

Jo where are you???

We had a good storm last night. 2" rain, wind hail etc. only 1 tree down didn't get much sleep cuz of all the warnings. The tornado didnt touch down until it was past us. In the boondocks. But we still lost electricity. Got it back about 8:30 this morning. Due for another round this afternoon, evening and night and then I think we are done. We are cooler today so that should help. I think the power surges may have messed up my freezer. The electronic thermostat on the front has funky lines instead of numbers. But I have a service agreement. And everything is still frozen.

Well back from the Drs he did an ultrasounds and it looks like they desolved from the meds. Hope I never get them again. Now back to eating anything I want that's on plan. Going to weigh in tomorrow and see the damage.

Liz your doing great, some times the scale stops going down for awhile to catch up and off the weight come off again. I've been walking every night after dinner, I love it now the weather is so nice.

Karen going to get my bike out, maybe this weekend. I didn't ride it last year after I broke my wrist. Youngest DS just bought his 1st harley and now we can all ride together. Sound be fun. That's the good thing about riding to work, saves on gas.

Deb glad you had a blast. Wow all that food sounds so good. You'll be set for the week. When I make pork roast, I love to make BBQ pulled pork with the left overs.

Cherly hope they can fix your fridg right away and that you don't have to wait.Darn power outages can cause so much trouble. Glad your home safe, just watching the news and it showed Ok just got hit again. This is so terrible.

Jo what you been doing? Everything starting to green up near you.

Pat on the news this morning the broadcasters are in Hawii, and they we're showing all the different islands. Thought of you. It's so beautiful. But they were showing some of there native food, doing think I could eat that poi (sp) stuff.

The tornado is gone. 1" rain and a few branches down. We are staying in the basement until all the cells pass. Tornados south and east still.

We are fine. Only minor damage. It just messes with your head. Joplin has already sent a team to help Moore since we have experience. The school kids are heartbreaking. At least our schools were empty. I hope they keep safe today. Again, like us, the storms keep coming. We were fortunate that none of the after storms were tornadic.
