Only have a second, been very busy but wanted to stop in for a min. Had a good walk last night and today the sun is shining and I am really going to enjoy my walk tonight out in the sunshine. Have a roast chicken in the oven at home that I know it going to smell so good when I walk through the door. Cheryl are you ok? You were stuggling the last time we saw you and we need you here with us. Misty I go to NovavScotia for a month every summer, home sweet home. Mel it might be like Jello pudding light? Sounds like you have been working out great!Karen welcome I dont think we have ever met Laura enjoy every moment most times in life we are rushing around and dont get that chance. I am sure it very nice there. Liz I hope things are going well for you. Everyone have a great dayPat are you soon home?

Hi, Cheryl. Nice that you're enjoying family time. Sounds like fun.

Deb, you're so good about exercise!

Laura, i read up on your trip in the journal. Proud of u for sticking to plan. I'm sure there were many temptations. Looking forward to the pics!

How is everything, Pat and Karen?

Jo, the chicken smells yummy. When do we eat.?

I've been on plan and eating/drinking pretty much the same things. It seems to b working well. Frankly, im surprised that the higher fat, lower protein works at all.

Good Morning.

Karen glad you made it over!
Pat back on the mainland. Glad you are a bit better
Deb are you taking off again? How's the weight training?
Laura sounds like a very nice vaca. Love the pictures.
Liz you are doing great!
Misty sounds like Spring hit. Still doing ok?
Jo so glad the ice broke without floods!! Are you pole walking?

It is finally Spring here. Be careful what you wish for lol. They are calling for a tornado outbreak this weekend. Hopefully it is hype. Our 2 year anniversary of the big one is Wed. I had a great visit with family. So good to see them. I didn't gain anything. Maintaining at least for now. Been working in the yard. Off to the LH for the weekend. We spent last weekend at home and started working on our front deck power washing off the old stain so we can get a fresh stain on it.

Income Tax Season was Brutal this year. Just now (yesterday) was last of major Deadlines. Now working on extended projects and trying to get caught up before 2013 kicks us in the rear.

I have no life from Jan 15th until about May 15th

But weather is warming up, farming in in full swing, and we have rain.....Things are looking up again (Farmers are eternal optimists)

Deb your doing so great with the exercise, travel insurance where are you off to this time?. I went to boot camp last night and survived. Yes Cheryl the ice is gone and I am so glad and we are having nice weather. I am walking 5 days a week with my pole group. For some reason I am not losing either but hoping something happens by Saturday. Looks like we are going to have at least part of a nice long weekend. Going to enjoy every moment of it. Glad you had fun with your company.Karen bet you are happy tax season is behind you then. I am guessing you live on a farm, what do you farm? Pat I am glad you are home and I am glad you are feeling better. Its nice to have you back!! Laura I cant see your pictures but I am glad you had a good time and only 2 glasses of wine thats Liz that plan normally works for me as well but I seem to be a bit of a stall once again. We will see but WTG stick to the plan. I am in a bit of a flunk today and trying to shake it but the sun is shining and hopefully my walk will improve my mood. Hope your all have a good one

How are you Misty? Long time no see.

Cheryl, have fun at the LH--im assuming that's short for Lake House. Where is your lake house? Can't recall.

Have fun this weekend, Deb!

Jo, you r doing so well with the exercise! WTG Praying for lots of sunshine and light for you.

Pat, glad you're back and feeling better!

Whew! Glad you're past the taxes, Karen. Yes, what do u grow?

Laura, did u get lots of rain? We did. Glad, though. We really needed it. Is it really dry where u live, normally?

I'm still on plan, and i think i've lost another pound or so. I'll post an update Monday. Plan to walk dog boy again this morning. Usu go @ three miles.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

We do mostly corn and hayground. Pasture for 80 head cow/calf pairs and feed out the non-breeding stock calves every year.

Also horses.

I'm ok. No plan at the moment. I'll look around again come June. I loved your pics. I can't believe you have a 7 day stretch. Do you get a long time off after that? How was your Birthday dinner?

I need to read thru a catch up on everyone

Pat it will be the 2 year anniversary of The Tornado. Lots of plans being finalized for grocery stores, strip malls, etc. all the Big Box stores/franchises were back in about a year. But there is still so much open space from local run businesses. And the medical community moving since the hospital that was hit has moved to the south side of town. It is due to open 2014 along with most of the schools. It will be better when we have buildings again. A mile long section of main has a local restaurant, a McDonalds and a bar. I still bank out of a mobile home don't know what the hold up is for rebuilding.

How did yoga go? Sounds chilly there. We finally warmed up this week. we are getting the boat ready this weekend.

Liz our LH is on Grand Lake in NE Ok.

Misty where are you?

Deb off playing Gypsy again.

Karen - yes have you been out on you new bike??

Jo I hope the funk and stall are both gone. pole walking and being outdoors sounds like a great time. How are all the kids doing?

Laura ice cream. Good Birthday present.

Laura ss I missed it yesterday. Glad you had a great time away. Love the pics went on your Journal and checked out the others. What a nice place. Looked so relaxing. And a big WTG for staying on plan. I'm sure I would have drank the whole bottle of wine

Cheryl wow 2 years already. And still so much more rebuilding. Sounds like you have fun with family. Tks I'm feeling normal and still have to go to the specialist on Monday. Don't want to cancel it and have to go though this again. I'm hoping the meds desolved the stones. Have fun at the LH house hope the weather stays great for you and you get to enjoy the boat.

Pat yes all the plants and flowers made it through the frost, but brought them all in the house except the ones that I already put in the ground so I went to the dollar store and bought big buckets to cover them. Wow it's still at your house, back up in the 70's for us.
