My scale also bounced around today! It went from 247.4 to 249.2! I decided to go with a happy average... So if you do that too, it means you're still in the 220's

hey guys, i've been down and out with the really really really bad stomach virus..living off of soup, crackers, sprite, gatorade and whatever else i could keep down. not the best thing in the world but i'm better now but i feel bloated from all the sodium and junk. anyway...after a good nights rest tonight without being sick i'll back back. love yall!
