Wear a smile with your bathing suit by June!

Bathing suit season is around the corner. I bought a two piece this year. I'm not at goal, but I want to rock a two piece this coming season and feel good about it.

This is not only a challenge to lose some weight and inches, but to gain a new perspective on our bodies - JUNE is the goal month!

Let's state what kind of bathing suit you want to wear this year and how you want to rock it! This is for all kinds of suits! Let's also state how we are going to arrive at rocking our suit!


My goal:
1. Wear my size 14 two piece - halter top/non skimpy bottom without feeling self conscious.
2. Be comfortable with my shape. I've worked hard to get where I am today!
3. Lose some inches around my tummy by June 1, low carb woe and exercise!


Anybody want to be bathing suit buddies till June?

Me! We seem to have lost a similar amount over a similar time frame. I leave for vaca July 7th and I want to look good in my sz L halter tankini.

Goals:
1) tighten the baby tummy and lose inches
2) drop the rest of the saddle bags I've been battling
3) tighten up the skin between my armpits and chest
4) tighten up my lower back and get it flat again
5) continue making progress with my fitness goals and be proud of my accomplishments!

Yay! So glad to have a buddy. I'm really focused on feeling good this summer. Last summer was better, but I want to wear a two piece this time! I'm not looking to be super skinny, just healthier and lose some inches around the middle.

Hi Helgarush! Welcome to the challenge group! I'm glad someone else is on board!

Ok, So weighed this morning at 179---I would love to be 169 by June, not sure about that but I can get closer for sure.....

I've got my bikini out as inspiration for this summer. I'm not hiding this year! LOL

It's by no means a skimpy bikini, but my stomach is out there! I'm motivated and can't wait to see how you guys are doing too!

Just wanted to pop in and say hi and to keep us motivated to stay on track!!!

I've been on my new plan since Feb and loving it! I'm having a hard time lately getting to the gym though!!!!

Hi there! I'm holding firm at 202, but hoping to drop 1-2 pounds this week. I have been long eager to rejoin onederland! Keeping up with my trainer 2x a week, gym 4x and SB phase 1.5. I need to redo measurements this week and see if I'm an inch or 2 down. I feel like I might be! Tried on a few bathing suits yesterday. They did not look awesome. Oh well, onward!! I can do this.
I totally think you can lose 10 pounds in a month. Just check your calorie math and keep to your woe. Good luck!

I'm rooting for onederland for you Spod!! Your workout routine is great.

10 lbs is a lot in a month, I think I would have to run hours a day and eat nothing..LOL

I'll take any loss in a month!

Good for you trying on the suits, that is the first step. I think we have to ease our way into seeing ourselves in a suit... I tried them on for my husband, he's like you look great...meanwhile I'm thinking, bulge here, bulge there, agh! LOL

Thank you for the encouragement!! May will be tough - my son's 1st bday is Sunday and Mother's Day. Next week is my bday and the following, vacation. I really hope I can keep on track.
I know what you mean. My husband thinks I look great but I still feel really big. I thi k it'll take losing another ~25 to feel light again! I will do it this year!! I hope you're feeling positive about your progress too. It sounds like you're doing great.

Alright, yesterday sucked. I ate carbs at every meal. NOT ON MY PLAN oh well.

Ok, I made it to onederland for like a day, but this weekend was my son's 1st birthday, so I am up to 203. I know it's water and waste weight (sorry tmi) but I can't wait for it to come off! I go on vaca this Sunday, so it's going to be a tough next few weeks. But I will do better!! Bought a really cute dkny peplum bathing suit this week. It's a 14 and fits great. I wish it were a 12, but hey, this is big progress for me since the baby!

No getting down, you got the right attitude. Birthdays are special and need to be in everyone's plan I think. You'll be in onederland again very soon, maybe today! Have a great vacation and sport that awesome suit! You deserve it!

I'm plugging along and enjoying the slow weight loss. Why get mad at it, because it just means we will keep it off for the long haul!

Hi there! Just checking in. I've been out of town on vaca sabotaging my diet with deep dish pizza, but luckily I managed not to gain thanks to not weighing myself for a week, haha. Holding strong at 200, but lost an I ch on my waist, 1/2 inch on my thighs and 1/2 inch on my chest. So I suppose that still sounds. I've been doing TRX class which is tough but I've seen great results! My size 14 tanking is getting a tad loose! I know Memorial Day has passed, but onward I go! I'm hoping to lose 10 in June before net vaca in July. May was a tough month for me!
