The I Need A Challenge challenge
I need to be accountable for keeping a food/exercise/water log. I stopped writing down my food, and I stopped losing. I stopped writing down my exercise, aaand I stopped exercising (almost completely. Sad face). I stopped writing down my water, aaaand I went from 8-10 bottles a day to 3.
SO, Here's the challenge: Log everything. EVERYTHING. Consume a gallon of water each day. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes, 6 days a week. Anyone want to join me?? :help:
