i went to yoga at 6:30 this morning with jug in hand and i have vac'ed my building that is 15 floors/laundry and both my entrances

Well black as night and a little splash of SF Torani's White Chocolate. Over ice. =) I just brew it in a reg ole coffee pot with 5 scoops of coffee.

Hey ladies, maybe this is what I need to keep me somewhat accountable to get my H20 in. I don't know how you all hold on to the liquids you consume I am in the bathroom all day long, it is a good thing I am a stay at home wife for the most part. I think I will come back by the end of day and post how much I drank I think this will work best for me. Have a wonderful day of "liquifying".
