Hi! I'm back for the April challenge. Didn't meet my March goal, but still down a few from 3/1.

Goal for 5/1 = 155

Good morning ladies!! Cold in NJ--still waiting for spring weather!

Well I ended March at 177.6 and made my goal for the month but the Easter ham and LC dessert made me retain water resulting in a 2lb gain overnight. So, yesterday I did a DD on JUDDD and drank plenty of water. As of this morning, most of the bloating is gone, but it's an UD today so will prob gain back a bit. That's OK--this is a journey, not a race.

April Goal: 173

03/31 - 177.6

04/01 - 179.6
04/02 - 177.8

Can I join? I'm just honestly ready to get back in the swing of things and get serious. So I'm trying to join as many support threads as possible. I'm familiar with Vicki, but haven't seen you other two around, but Hiya.

Did my first workout last night and it felt good to get it out of the way.

I haven't officially weighed, but for months I've been sitting around 253 (weighed at my moms and was between 253-255 last Saturday so I'll go with that).

By the end of april I would like to see 239. Yeah seems like a lot but I figure I can lose some water weight after I get back into Ketosis. I'm on day 3 right now. I don't have a scale at home, I just remodeled my bathroom and need to get a new one. I think I'm going to wait at least a week before I weigh.

Hi Ms. Woods! Welcome and glad to have you!

I mostly just post in a few challenge threads that I participate in but I recognize your name as a "glucomannan guru" lolz! I'm always reading the Recipes boards and glucomannan has definitely helped fill me up and limit my calories since switching over to JUDDD in mid Feb.

Good luck and hope you meet your April goal! I still need to do some sort of exercise but it's so tough as I hate doing it!

I worked out last night, didn't want to but I did. Did body combat. I was just starving all night and ate a lot. Kept it LC. I'll try to keep it down today.

Had a very busy week working long hours so I haven't posted in a few days. So glad it's the weekend! And finally warming up in NJ!

Thanks Krazy cat for going back to the March thread and finding me. Glad u made goal

I think spring is finally on it's way here in Montana as well. I can't wait to get outside and get my garden started. So many cool ideas I found on pinterist that I want to try.

I will start an exercise plan today. The elliptical and some weight training. I enjoy it once I get started. It is the getting started part that is hard.

PS: do you think a 20lb wt loss goal is to unobtainable?

Hello ladies. Man a week into April already. The weather here in Oregon says spring is here also. April showers bring May flowers. It's soooo pretty here though.

Well @ 237.7. My workout yesterday wasn't all that great. Just couldn't get into it that much. I think I am only going to weigh in on Mondays. Throw a little anticipation in the mix. Hope everyone has been successful.

Right I am now back with a vengeance, I managed to put on just over 4lb in the week and a half that I was off plan and living on take out which could have been much worse. Now it is about getting back on plan and seeing those numbers go down again.

Is it too late to join? I'm not doing low carb at the present time, I have in the past tho. I'm currently doing Jenny Craig and have lost 14 lbs since Jan 2. Last week I had a large loss and got cocky so I might have a gain on my weigh in day on Wednesday. So, Monday morning, back on track.

I'm getting ready to walk into work, I'll go back and read the posts that I haven't so far.
