Scale flashed lower this morning before going back up. Perhaps that means I will loose soon. On the other hand I inadvertently had more calories than I intended. I tried chia pudding sweetened with stevia glycerin which I just received from Netrition. It was quite good and I am going to try it for breakfast today.

Jumping in for the month...

I've been on a vacation to San Francisco. So proud that I went to pier 39 and all in our party had the sour dough bread bowl filled with clam chowder and I had a chicken caesar salad and no croutons. I did have one slice of pizza, but came back after 6 days, 0.6 lbs DOWN from when I left.

I'm wondering if weighing once a week might be good to try, but I'll post my weight today and see. Old habits (weighing multiple times a day) die hard.

Finally! Some movement in the right direction. Have to be honest though and this stall has been mostly my fault. I havent eaten off plan, but I bought some coconut butter. (OMG! It is incredible) and I am having great difficulty controlling myself with it.

I also just recieved some chia seeds and made some pudding with them and stevia glycerin yesterday. It was wonderful! And I hope I can use the pudding to help stop the coconut butter problem. We'll see.
