Yes ! I've been watching. And alive. Maybe they can get some answers.

I take it your storms aren't like ours.

Jamie might here too

Pat the rice was a nice comfort memory.
I still can't get into my old clothes either. As for the pity party- you were there for me. I'm here for you.

Mary nice loss

Well I lost nothing and I know its my own fault so I have no one to blame but me. I leave Monday -Thursday this week to take the boys out for appointments and that is never a good week for me, but I will do the best I can do. We got totally dump on with snow yesterday, about 25 cm its alot and at times it was blowing so hard we couldnt see out the window...where is spring I need you. Misty hasnt posted in awhile, hope all is well in her world, we miss you Deb you are doing great on induction keep up the great work. As anyone can tell I have not stuck tight to induction and I need to get back at it. Thats the only way I can keep losing. Lady how old are your grandsons? Nice the he would help out. Pat yes next time I will have to eat a pickle if I ever want to get this weight off. Laura I am glad everyone is ok. Cheryl I was glad they got him alive as well for the same reasons. Glad you have those rooms in the basement as well. Glad you lost this week. I am in a pity party mood to and its my own fault so I need to shake it off and do something about it. I so want to start pole walking again and it was melting so nice and now this awful mess. But some people got it in rain and there is lots of flooding in other parts of the north. I think I need this trip out next week. Get out i the real world and getting my hair done and girlie stuff . I know what I feel better about how I look I work harder at my weight. Good news is I did out income tax and Well not sure what to do today but I am going to relax and enjoy it . Might just be a jammie day cus I am not going out in that.

Thx guys for understanding my Vent!
I just might have to join all of you who are re-inducting. Going to think on it.

Deb~How was jammie night?

CJ~Thx...

Jo~Sorry about your setback. Yeah...hear ya on the pity party mood. Snow! Yuck!

Misty~U OK over there?

Laura~The casualty count keeps rising in West, Tex.

Friend's memorial is today @ 5. I almost don't want to go. I hate funerals! Tomorrow @ 9a is a paddle out in the ocean for him. DH will be in the group. I won't be joining them...the ocean across the street is too rough for me. I made a plumeria lei for DH to throw in the ocean as our Aloha/goodbye for Tom.
Well, off to Yoga I go. Laters....

Sorry Pat about the loss..it is hard to attend funerals for sure....I know...I have been to several...I have been widowed 2 times and parents and several friends..so it never gets easy....

I have 2 sons 20 years apart....and 2 stepdaughters 12 years apart...wow...I have 4 grandsons...3yr to 20yrs... one step granddaughter who is 9....she is a doll...Haven't had her for long since I have not been married but 4 yrs now....

I cut slices of cucumbers this morning ....I love them in my water and my ice tea....fresh taste for me....I am not a water drinker so found out I liked .... I made some fried cheese for my lunch...since I wasn't too hungry....good..

Been out running around shopping with DH so leftovers for supper and just relax time....Movie from Netflix......I have a cross stitch pattern started with vintage bears with the old hats....might work on that.....

Jo SS about no loss this week. Hang in there and do better this week. I only had a measly 1/2 #. I guess some weeks are just bad. But we can do this. Sounds like a nasty storm. Maybe you're in need of sunshine. It's been a long winter!

Deb sounds like you're doing great. I was surprised about the cucumbers! Who'd a thunk

Lady sounds like quite a big a family. Bet that keeps you busy. We are doing Netflix tonight too.

Pat. everyday. The lei sounds like such a nice memorium. Our family isn't much for funerals or memorials. And it made it so much easier when Dad died. But everybody has to grieve their own way.

Laura are you working? Any news on the blast? Last I heard there were gas leaks making things difficult.

Well I am here to own up to a full out bing day yesterday. Not sure if it was the weather, the lack of lossing weight, the increase in carbs this week or other things going on but I totally blow iit and I feel like crap today. Even my son asked me if I was tired. Told him no I feel like crap from eating crap and food that I know I cant and now I am tired out and feel awful. So today is a new day and started it off with boiled eggs and bacon and coffee/HC, not sure about lunch if I even want lunch and Roast chicken, mashed turnip and asperagus for summer. Even though I leave for most of the week tomorrow I am going to stick to the plan all I can. Hopefully by tomorrow I wll feel better. Why do we do these things to ourselves sometimes.

Deb are squeakers like curds? I love curds!! Lady I know we all do have days like that but I just felt so out of control. You have a large family. WTG to both of you on your weight loss. I weigh in on Saturday mornings. Hopefully I will start seeing the scale move again.
I need this snow to gooooooooo hating it and I so want to get out walking. Maybe alot will melt by the time we get home Thursday, its suppose to be milder.

That's a lot of snow. You need another Florida fix. It seems like Spring just keeps teasing us. We are in the 50's most days. Which to Jo probably sounds great. And I can't complain too much cuz when it warms up the Big storms come. Still....

Pickles I've never been a pickle fan. I had a few P chips and I'm over it. After a month of doing good I'm not too worried. We just go on. Onward and upward.

Pat your daily thinking of you.

Jo I think you need one too

for everyone!

Deb you are doing great! Did you get your sunshine fix?

Mary did you weigh in today or start that next week?

We stayed home this weekend. I spent today going thru my clothes, closet etc and getting rid of a bunch of stuff I've been hanging onto. Got the closet and drawers organized. I decided to get rid of most my shorts. I don't see me wearing them anymore. Also super short sleeved tops. I just don't have the arms for them anymore. Old shoes, coats etc. things look a lot better.
