WOE: low carb , pole walking and show shoeing
Start Date: 29 Aug 2011,restart Sept 1st
My goal this month is to great on track and stay there with lots of pole walking and get my weight back down again. I am so mad at myself for heading back to my old ways that I am going to do this. I never want to be huge again its just not healthy or a happy place for me to be. Bring it on May I am so ready!

we have decided to take friday off and head to the lake in the camper and take Buddy...

we will get lots of walking in that way

soooooooo...playing in my rubber gypsy van now

Howdy .....hot on this Sunday afternoon....
No breakfast...I worked on repotting my inside house plants...
Used up some beef wieners ...cut into chucks and nuked....then steamed some broccoli ....Used a C. of Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo sauce and 1 C. of heavy whipped cream with Org..Ms Dash, garlic powder and salt....Add meat to veggie then pour sauce over it....just something easy...a one bowl dish...lol...Grilled fish tonight with a simple veggie..... We are not as low as induction but we stay low....I have fixed strawberries with splenda or slices of cantaloupe for DH sweets....it keeps him from eating bad bad things.... I do make the fried cheese when I just need something for a salty snack taste....or to replace my crackers I use to like....We are staying on track so we are happy and the scales are moving for us both...we are not in a hurry but want to keep this weight off .... I read a lot of Amish books of all kinds and they love their food...wow.....Some little chunkys like me....no no...lol

Slept in today..... was really wiped out yesterday ....bacon in the oven and sipping some yummy coffee with co

Haven't heard from my friend/co-worker yet about having supper out. Not sure if that will happen ?

Up and working pulling weeds in the back garden pond being built...that was my fun this morning LOL...Cleaning out the big trash can that the trash truck picks up on Mon...stinky ....yuck...put bleach in it for awhile...wow....the recycle can is clean ..yea!

Gave a ride to my oldest grandson, that lives here in AZ, to work then he didn't have to be there until later this afternoon ......these kids that are still not grown up at almost 21.

Well didn't cook my fish last night so will tonight....
Scales were good but I want to not weigh in for awhile again....they can be too stressful when you know you are on track everyday....

Well waiting on my PC to do some up dating so I am on my laptop which I use most of the time anyway....but I wanted to print some pictures for my scrapbooking....

I have decided to train for a 1/2 marathon...

have my app on my phone and will do it to the songs of *pink*

monday and thursdays i am joining a weight training class at the YMCA

i want to be 50 and fab

SS to be missing, but still in alot of pain and Drs keep me on all kinds of Meds that pretty much make me sleep all the time. More blood work tomorrow and then off to another Dr on Thursday. Stayed in the Hospital for awhile because I couldn't open my mouth to eat. Thought I was getting better and then all the pain and swelling came back. Plus Dr said I can't drive so I feel like I'm in jail. Will try to catch up and post a little each day, when DH is gone. Hope everyone is doing great, I need to catch up.

1/2 marathon. 50 and Fab. I have no doubt you will ! No fireplace at either house. But I sure have lots of firewood.

Jo SS you have been struggling. It's this weather. We should be in Spring not winter. We are getting a couple days of warm and I just heard on the news possible snow showers later this week. We usually have gardens in by now! Have you started defrosting?

Misty is back we were so worried about you and I am so sorry you have been sick. Get well soon! And Cheryl I was missing you as well but nice to see you post and I am so back on track 5 days today and the scale has been moving down all week. I know it was water weight but it scared me to see it get that high. Snow is melting and my baby boy said its going to break up May 4th. Hummmm bratty child that is my middle boys 14th birthday and I will have 14 kids , the 7 boys overnight . I could be a nightmare if we flood But I do think it will be within a week and I will get pictures. Deb a 1/2 marathon wow and BTW 50 is great!! 55 even better because I have options now Mary you sure do keep yourself busy so glad your DH is doing this with you. Pat you have had lots of things going on and not in a good way. Hope your doing ok. Laura you sound tired out get some rest and hopefully you will have a few days off. Well the snow is getting very low and roads are starting to dry up and I am hoping by the end of the week my pole walking will start again. I am so ready for that and I am so on plan now. Got two months to lose whatever I can before vacation and I am going to do that. Have a great day girls.

Well I got ready for work. Then I couldn't find my wallet AGAIN!! I left it at the lake AGAIN. DH will swing by there on his way back to town in the next couple of days. Gonna make for long work days later this week to get it all done. And I'm marooned at home.

Jo sounds like you are in the groove again. I'm thinking that when I get to where i have less than 10# to lose I may add in some carbs and see what happens. The party sounds like fun for the boys if you aren't flooding.

Or if you have an iPod you can download music to your iPhone and run the music and your marathon app at the same time. The music plays until the app needs to tell you something- if it speaks- then goes back to the music
