I need to get in control NOW! Join me here if you'd like to do the same. Dr. Eades says to up the fats, watch the protein and to not listen to your body when it screams for carbs as you adapt.:)

I'm on Day #2 had bullet-proof coffee for breakfast & 3 sausage links for lunch...

I'm on day 5, have lost 7lbs so far this week.
Fingers crossed I can keep this up over the weekend :) x
