weekly stats to keep us accountable and motivated!!
Hi friends! I am new to this site but have Been low carbing for the last 3 weeks. I'm looking for a committed group to post weekly stats for support and motivation. I gave up the scale for Lent as it can be a good and bad tool for me. I do measure myself weekly. I'm looking to lose 30lbs for now. Trying to get pregnant but I truly believe this weight is why we are having difficulties : ( Low carbing has been the only successful diet that has worked for me in my 30s. The weight flew off of me in my 20s. I just get in this vicious cycle with myself when I don't see results fast enough. Hoping to find some good friends on here to help and go through this weight loss journey with me.
