We had a pretty cold and rainy weekend here and it sucked the desire to do much out of me. I ate pretty well, just hate being inside all day. Looking to finish off the month with a strong last week. Also seem to have come down with a bit of a cold. It doesn't seem to be too bad, but I have something coming up work related next week that I need to be feeling well for. So hopefully I get this out of the way this week.

Nice loss Stack. Seems winter doesn't want to give in for much of the country.

Ken - Good to hear you had a good vacation. Nice to have some family with you for exercise motivation too.

Well I had posted a loss this week, and surely creeped back up to 289. My exercise this week was good, a lot longer workouts and more quality too. But food was the issue for sure. I added in more carbs, and used some more of the net carb foods I had tried to stay away from before. (Low carb tortilla's, SF candy etc).

Going to try and keep exercise the same and get back to basics on food.

first week of p90x finished yesterday, no yoga however, we skipped that one cause i think its stupid, before we would sub a cardio routine in that day

very sore lately, muscles are working,

Im up a lot since last month, but feel confident it will go away in time, better to lose it slow with exercise than quick and gain back again (thats as long as i have patience though)

back to the exercise tomorrow, trying to keep on the protein shakes for breakfast, so far they are working out great, keeps me full for 2-3 hours, plus using non sweetened almond milk so they are very low in carb count

Still fighting a cold here. Not much else new to report, just been trying to take it easy.

Ken- Nice job on the exercise. I also like the protein shake for breakfast. It does tend to keep hunger away for quite awhile.

I've got the next thread. I'll be making it for April-May-June.

Started back on a fat fast yesterday, seems to be working so far, thought I'm not sure if its due to the fat fast or just the fact that I'm living on ~1200 cal a day now that I'm dropping again.

I'm pretty sure the addition of LC tortillas and protein powder did it to me. The stuff I got from wally world says 1 carb and no sugars, but it tastes awful sweet to me....

Runs are getting better, my times are improving, however my knee has been hurting more now. Also the last couple of times I ran at work (on the treadmill) I developed shin splints. Havent had them in quite a while so that sucked.

Dont knock it till ya try it. I did hot yoga a couple years back and holy S did that destroy me. If you're not into the regular stuff, try out the hot yoga. Most places have a 10 classes for 10 bucks deal, plus the talent aint half bad there either, if ya know what I mean.
