Sorry I ended up being MIA for most of Feb it was a difficult month with a bereavement and stress with work etc. I hope that the worst of things is out of the way now but still have issues with work to deal with before things properly get sorted. Goal for March, 180, but would love to dip into the 170s. Won't be disappointed though as long as I end lower than I started! Since I don't know when I'll stop the hCG and start maintaining, I don't know how I'll end the month. :)
These threads are awesome to keep me motivated and accountable, and a place to whine when I need to! :) Well, today is officially my last day of drops, but I'm going to extend the hCG round one day at a time, like I said before, I stalled for a week in those 3, and my losses have been so good the last week, and the VLCD is not too hard, so I can go longer as long as I'm being rewarded with losses! :D Yesterday was hard being out and not being able to eat anywhere, and shopping with my BF, but today feels better. I even made him a cake and 12 chocolate cupcakes with frosting, and didn't even lick the frosting on my fingers. I must be dedicated even after 21 days lol. So, on to another day of drops and VLCD. I'm actually more not looking forward to 3 days of no drops and 500 calories a day than anything. Hanging in there. Avy I am very impressed that you didn't lick those fingers. Stronger than I was;) It was my son's 19th birthday and he is home from college for a week, yippy. I managed to stay away from the treats all weekend until 10pm last night. don't know what came over me, and hubby gave me a look, but I ate not 1 but 2 ice cream sandwiches. I mean really.......Good all weekend then that:( so back to work today staying strong. Have girls night out this week but not worried. I am always good. I will start walking this weekend to help my back and leg. Can't feel my right leg so a bit weird. Hopefully this will pass soon, I am tired of getting beaten down this year needing something to go right........ Good morning! I have forgotten to post my daily weigh-ins, so here it goes. Also, I didn't weigh every day but here's what I have so far :)

Well, I said I was going to stop when I didn't have a loss in the morning, and this morning was the same as yesterday (probably due to a bad night's sleep, but anyway) so I made yesterday my LDW, of 184.6... 47.6 lbs total loss since June 1st, 18 lbs post load, 11.4 pre load. I wanted to go for 180, but meh, I can do another round come April during my busiest craziest time, when I don't have the time to even THINK about being hungry or food lol.

Day 2 no drops, weird to gain .2 when I'm still VLCD and all that. But, not stressing, might be water, might be hormones. Felt pretty weird most of the day... shaky, almost like low blood sugar, hungry but not... a little off and out of whack, doing ok now. Looking forward to eating fats and pork again tomorrow night!!
