No stress goal for March..less than when I started!
Jan 1st 180 Feb 1st 175 March 1st 173 _________________ Jan - 5lb. Feb - 2lb March Good morning.. I am still hanging in and doing ok... I gained 1 lb. Pam.... size 2-4, being 5'4". Personally I think that is too skinny. But I guess it also depends on age...if I get to 147 I would be fine..and I am 5'4 a size 10 would make me estatic! |

slimlizzie & Angel - Unfortunately I feel your pain as I had a bad day today, too (right after my morning weigh-in). My hormones are so wacky due to TOM/peri-menopause and I have been eating like there's no tomorrow. But, tomorrow will be a strict LC eating day and I definitely will not weigh in the morning out of fear--lol.

Day 3 for me. All doing well and staying under 20 carbs totaly. 1 small side salad for lunch and 1 for dinner most nights. Hubby wanted chili last night because of the cold snowy weather so I gave in as long as we made Linda's chili, which we did. Everytime I think of lunches and dinners I think "keep it simple stupid" piece of meat and side veggie or salad. Have to get some weight off for surgery. I will do this.
