Good morning.. I am still hanging in and doing ok... I gained 1 lb.

Pam.... size 2-4, being 5'4". Personally I think that is too skinny.
But I guess it also depends on age...if I get to 147 I would be fine..and I am 5'4 a size 10 would make me estatic!

Good morning! Well, the scale is finally going in the right direction again, but I'm not sure what to think, because I stepped on it about 5 different times and it said something different each time. Might need new batteries?

Pam - Sorry you need surgery and that your meds are making you sick and retain water. I really admire how you've been sticking with your LC eating plan throughout this ordeal. I don't know if I'd be able to do it myself. Good for you for ignoring that nasty scale till you're off the drugs.

I am so going to push hard for a March loss!
St Pat's Day..had a dinner party..all good until someone brought the WARM homemade Italian bread dough with anchovies Double whammy!!
{{SALT}} and flour! And how bad am I I ate one for breakfast!!! They have to leave the house..

slimlizzie & Angel - Unfortunately I feel your pain as I had a bad day today, too (right after my morning weigh-in). My hormones are so wacky due to TOM/peri-menopause and I have been eating like there's no tomorrow. Day 3 for me. All doing well and staying under 20 carbs totaly. 1 small side salad for lunch and 1 for dinner most nights. Hubby wanted chili last night because of the cold snowy weather so I gave in as long as we made Linda's chili, which we did. Everytime I think of lunches and dinners I think "keep it simple stupid" piece of meat and side veggie or salad. Have to get some weight off for surgery. I will do this. Thanks for listening
