Well I was a bit happier to see the scale this morning down 5.4 lbs from Tuesday morning so that much for sure was water. Now to stay on induction and get back to where I was and then lose some more. Hope your all having a great weekend!! We are taking the boys out snowshoeing tomorrow and a bonfire while we still have tons of snow.

Done working for the day. Stayed on plan!

Jo great on the weight loss! My weigh in is Wed. I am hoping it is half as good as yours.

A bonfire sounds like fun. Do you cook on it or sit and enjoy it?

How did date night go with you guys?

Misty how's the back?

Goodmorning, stayed off my feet most of yesterday trying to get my back better. Called Dr for stronger pain meds and they work great but makes you tired. Dh has had practice the past few days so it made it easy to do nothing

Jo wtg nice on dropping the lbs. Have fun snowshoeing, you sure have enough snow for it.

Laura nice to have a fun date night. And the food sounded fabulous.

Deb going to try yellow peas for pea soup this time. My friends makes it that way and it was pretty good and she adds carrots and diced onions. She calls it French pea soup. DH made a face when I said I was going to make it, but change is good.

Cheryl are you at the LH getting the doors done? I just checked out that recipe sight, I see alot that I've got to make.

morning Misty !

Our dog Allie ran off yesterday...... she has a history of doing this...... that's why she has to stay on a 30' cord usually. She had been doing better, so we were letting her off when we were outside, well.....she took off and wasn't home at midnight. DH was so upset ! He loves her so much, we both do....
He was up at 2 and 4 checking out in garage. When I got up at 9 she was there on her cord..... not sure what time she showed up..... Grrrrr. Makes me so mad. She is absolutely spoiled rotten ! Why does she do that ??

Sorry for the rant !! Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday !

Yay! Jo's on Top!
A Bonfire sounds like Fun! Haven't done that in Eons! Yay...on ur scale going down!

Laura~Sorry your dog likes to Escape! Wonder where he goes? Looking for golf balls @ nite? Luv Fajitas!

CJ~Bookmarked that site! Linda Sue sure does cook up some Yummo Dishes! Sorry about your Brothers jobs situation. How's the re-induction going? Wish I had the guts to try that again!

Misty~Sorry that ur back is aching. Glad UR getting some rest. Have ur voice back?

Deb~Yay...on the Gov Ck$$! 50 in July...yup...a Youngster!

Well, off to Yoga in a bit. Trying out a new yoga studio. Instructor from my other place opened up her own studio. Good for her!
Puter is working again...but, it's slow. DH is going to build one up himself sometime. He's ordering parts for it.
Scale was down & now it's up again.

Laura so glad you found Allie, at least she knows her way home. Maybe she found a friend or see another dog. What kind of dog is she?

Pat not much of a voice yet, don't really know what to do for it. Hope I get it back soon. I have to tex because I can't talk to my sis and we talk everyday. Nice new Yoga studio hope you like it. Glad your computor is working. Wow that's so nice that DH knows how to fix them makes it alot less expensive.

DH is going to be out in the cold today for FD training. They do it everyyear. There are other FD joining in. Other than the main roads we don't have fire hydrants so in the winter they have to cut through the ice and fill the tankers from there.

Going to make DH a nice dinner tonight because I know he'll be cold and hungry. Baked chicken thighs, spaghetti pie and fried squash with onions

Laura so glad she came back home! LD take off if he isn't on a leash too. Those 2" legs can flat move. So far I have found him ever time. A couple times the gate on his yard area were opened by the Lab a rooms the road. so we put locks on them.

We haven't been real busy this weekend. DH got the part for the car and fixed the transmission. He priced a new has tank-$800. But we are are going to have to do it.

We are chilling today, watching TV and watching the snow fall.

Jo is your bonfire today?

Pat nice new yoga studio. Induction is on track. Weigh in is on Wed.

Misty can't talk? or I'm glad you got some good meds.
I had to look up Spaghetti pie
Deb what's up?

Cheryl, we live on 5 acres and there is no 'backyard' - no fence ! I wish we had a doggie door and fenced in backyard..... I have asked for one multiple times, but DH wants it to remain "country".

We live in the country too on almost 5 acres. But we have a chain link area the length of the house. It is LDs area with a doggie door from the garage. But the house came with it. DH didn't have to do it it sure makes it easier.

Deb did you get a package deal on your fake n bake?

Yeah I don't like that pasty white or dark brown look. I usually spray tan or do it at home as lake time starts, if I haven't had time or sun to get a little natural tan. I've only baked once , before a trip to Florida.

It not only keeps him safe it keeps me warm and dry. I don't have to take him out to pee etc in bad weather. and he can run the fence and play with neighbors dogs that run loose. It wouldn't work for a bigger dog because its only 3-4 ' tall. So far none if the bigger dogs have jumped in to play with LD but one did go under. I fixed that place quick before LD figured he could get out. Good thing he's cute but not smart.
