Welcome to the March Edition of the Daily Weighers Thread. This is for those of us who weigh daily and hopefully are learning why we have those fluctuations and can look at the whole month as a success as we record our weight every day.

Use the template below and copy and paste it. Just copy and paste the first week, then add each week as we go along so the posts aren't so long. The first line is your goal weight for the month. Good luck in March everyone! Two months down for the new year, lets keep up the good work and think Spring for an incentive.

Im not sure what realistic goal for the month is...Last month I lost 8, but that was with so much overtime that pretty much the only thing I ate was eggs. I want to make a goal that I can achieve...as its discouraging to not make it. I only lost one pound last week. I guess this is just part of the learning curve this time around. I lost so much easier the last time I did this!
