Over indulged this weekend. Nothing off plan, but I made some low carb chocolates, and my portion control went right out the window. They arent even all that great, but they do scratch an itch I have. But when these are gone, I dont think I will be making them again until I am on maintenance. Anyone have tips and tricks on maintaining portion control?
